Negative experience: Hotel in Madina was very bad, smell in rooms and pillows,not clean at all.

Fantastic experience: very good experience so far, specially Mr imran is very professional and nice person I just booked the umrah package انشاءاللہ everything will be good 10/10 customer experience

Positive experience: Good things Best service and hotel both in Makkah and Madina the bus was good 2+1 the guide was in bus and in Makkah and madina also package price also affordable. Suggestion If guide is available in the bus then don’t let bus driver to talk to passengers because he is talking very rudely without respect which can cause problems in this holy journey
