Negative experience: 2stars for a fast transfer from the airport to the hotel. But the rating is low due to an awful tour to Indian ocean. We spent more than 8 hours on our way in total and had to swim for 3 hours only. The day was totally wasted. Когда мы покупали тур , нам сказал гид, что в 8 утра выезжаем с отеля, в 11 приезжаем на пляж и в 5 вечера нас забирают. Также, было сказано, что нас последними заберут и мы начнем тур. В итоге, за нами приехали, затем меняли полчаса автобусы, меняли группы между собой, и мы добрались в 12.30 только. Было время обеда. Затем нас забрали в 4.30 и мы вернулись в отель в 8.50 вечера. Не рекомендуем этот тур через данную тур фирму, все очень устали только. Еще и вода с погодой подкачали.

Negative experience: Что должно быть в голове у гида, чтобы позвонить только что приехавшим туристам в 5.30 утра по их местному времени, для того, чтобы позвать на встречу с гидом Разбудить 4х летнего ребенка чтобы рассказать о счастливых возможностях экскурсий ??

Negative experience: Not replying for co-operation emails.

Negative experience: Cheap, Not serious. Saving on airport transfers by forcing customers with kids to depart 6 hours(!) before actual flight is ridiculously cheap! To compare , taxi takes around one hour to get to airport during a 6pm rush hour. You can go to Abu Dhabi and come back within 2-3 hours or spend a half day on the beach instead. Travel a lot, never seen that before. Not a big deal, cause you can taxi anytime, but it shows the low level of customer care and service. Whoever reads it , just stay away and consider more serious company not to worry because of such small things and save your time and energy for pleasure. Also, ask your travel agency who is their partner in Dubai before you buy the tour.

Negative experience: This company participates in illegal marketing practices and actively hacks other companies computers. Their email address: [email protected] has been wiped off our server after finding it hacked it more than 1000 times. BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION!!!!!
