Negative experience: I went on their dhow Cruise. Poor service. The boat was very congested. Food was horrible. Total waste of money. These people are crooks. Please don't take their dhow cruise you will regret it

Negative experience: Worst service delivery from the Fortune Grand Hotel branch. Its been 2 hours since my planned tour and still no tour guide arrived. The gentlemen at the travel desk continue to have no solution....as i paid i expect a service to be delivered which it seems this branch could not deliver. Please place people with skills and knowledge to deal with customers and service delivery. Have never had such poor service.
