Fantastic experience: Had contacted them through phone for OK to board. Got in Touch with Mr Saleem. He provided whatsapp number along with details needed for OK to Board . Whole process was done online including payment of charges. Took 15 minutes in total and I received an confirmation email. I saved on Time, Fuel and parking charges. Keep it Team Cozmo ! Fantastic experience: Perfect service. After expiring my son his schengen visa they arranged a return ticked and applied voor an on arrival visa. Friday received the info and they told me honestly to wait for Monday as pricing would be lower (indeed 15% less) So Monday applied and paid in the morning and in the afternoon received the receipt and ticket for Wednesday as requested. On Wednesday morning 6m to the airport at 9am outbound and 11am inbound. At 13:00 with new visa back in the country. So a bit more than half a day spent including a flight to a nabour country which is super fast and smooth. Ms. Arya arranged this with easy and clear instructions with no hassle. Thanks for the top support and service.

Negative experience: Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and third class. Communication is non-existent; emails and calls go unanswered for days. When you do get a response, it is unhelpful and rude. The process is painfully slow and disorganized, causing unnecessary delays and stress. I have never experienced such poor service from any company before. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for visa services. This company does not value its customers and provides an overall dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Cozmo is a well planned and coordinated travel agent I have to say. Me and my brother had our Japan Visa already approved by ourselves but we needed a travel agent to plan an itinerary for our trip. We had planned a Japan tour one week earlier from the departure date starting from Osaka and then travelling to Tokyo by Bullet train (Total of 9 days) and we were helped by Mr. Ankit who tailor-made our itinerary as per our needs and planned the trip. A telegram group was formed by Cozmo which had a total of around 30 people of their operations team who would respond to our questions and give us our plans for the next day. We explored Osaka for three days and Five days in Tokyo (with DisneySea tickets/Bullet train tickets, etc.) We had some tours which were headed by their local guides Ms. Eve (For Hiroshima tour from Osaka), Mr. David (For Mount Fuji tour+travel from Tokyo) and Ms. Sisi (For Tokyo city tour) All three of our tour guides were very helpful, patient and as enthusiastic about Japan as we were (being fellow anime weebs). And we had one group tour to Kyoto/Nara with other tourists which meant we met new people along the way. Furthermore, the guides were helpful in recommending other places as well. We were instructed by the Cozmo team certain attractions which people usually visit as well as possiblity of visiting the places which me and my brother wanted to visit. Being adventurers, me and my brother had opted for only the breakfast through the hotels and for lunch and dinner, we headed out into the city to explore and have authentic Japanese/Korean/Chinese food. If you're planning on visiting Japan, I suggest Cozmo as they planned this trip for the two of us for a reasonable price and it was arranged within a week. To travel through Japan metro I suggest you use your iPhone wallet app to get a Suica card that you can recharge on the go and scan the same while entering the metro stations and using Google maps will let you know what train to choose and where to get off and switch your train. 10/10 Trip overall and would visit again.

Negative experience: Rude unprofessional behavior from staff who work collectively to cover up for each others terrible service. They refused to give a receipt for the service bought simply because they say their system is slow and lied about it several times until we finally called the police who made them to give it and clarified to them they were breaking the law. Be aware. Management doesn't respond to complaints and hides them instead.

Negative experience: I'm very frustrated with Mr Mohammed Saleem and his pathetic service. Very careless & unprofessional guy. he took 4 hours to make 6 person return (Group) tickets. even he couldn't complete it in 4 hours. then he said before we close at 11pm i will send your return tickets to your whatsapp. i had no choice i paid around 21,000 and i left. next day evening he sent tickets copy to my whatsapp that too after sending so many request for My tickets in messages. Basically he works on pc for 2 minutes then rub his both hands for 15 minutes, start talking to colleagues, starts counting vehicles on the roads how many vehicles are passing by, chatting and talking on phone and suddenly starts talking to other customers and serves them while you are taking service from him, then he resumes work for 5 minutes, and if you ask how many more days you will take he says "almost done" almost done" almost done". disgusting experience i had with this guy. Filipino national guy was excellent, he made 6 one way tickets in 15 to 20 minutes and handed over to me. It all happened on 29th January today is 13th January i didn't receive my payment receipt (as he said he is busy he will send it to whatsapp and it's been 15 days - im following up for receipt).

Fantastic experience: Hi we did 4 nights 5 days srilanka trip through cozmo travels. It was very last minute decision and cozmo helped us to arrange trip very fast in 1 day. The hotels selected and tourist places selected was amazing. We enjoyed the srilanka trip .

Negative experience: Not very helpful, not very informative, when asked about extra luggage charge, was told it will cost 50uae per kg, so it would cost for an extra 30kg 1500uae that is more than the cost of a flight ticket price. Shocking.
