Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the services. I applied for freelance Visa and it’s almost three months now I haven’t gotten any feedback from the company and non of the numbers are going through.

Negative experience: The worst agency ever.... ive been travelling for the past 20 years this is the first time i experienced the greedy agency .... i will never recomend this agency.

Negative experience: This agency is 0 star. NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY. They did an error on the visa I applied and they are charging me AED 850 to amend it whilst the error happened on their side. I SHOULDN'T HAVE GONE TO THIS AGENCY AT ALL.

Negative experience: One of the worst customer service and bad travel and tourism company call dusk because I can’t believe I applied for my sister visa for than one week before the expiry date only for me to fine out that my sister have gone into overstay closed to 285aed and now they are asking me to pay extra 460aed to get express visa for my sister that’s really too bad and heart breaking with such behaviors like this and they don’t even care, please I wish the dubai government should look into this it’s getting too much with this Dusk travel agency and it’s really too bad that they don’t want to help customer after they receive their money nobody care’s please am calling on the Dubai government to please help us it’s so painful after paying that amount of money they are asking it’s just too much.

Negative experience: Please avoid coming here, they are Scammers ! ** Review Update: I was able to get my money back law, please follow those steps: 1- Do not rely on the location in google maps, if you wanna the correct one just type "MTR" which is their nearby restaurant in their real location. "In case if you want to go". 2- I filed a case/complaint in Dubai tourism through Dubai tourism website. You should have supporting papers s.t payment recites, online or bank transfere or even Whatsapp conversation. 3- Dubai tourism authority will do the needed to find you a suitable solution, during that please file another case at DED website to get full refund. 4- In worst case, once Dubai tourism confirms your rights they will send you an email, just print it and go there then call police then police will take care of this. Hopefully that helps.

Negative experience: No need for a star. I am very disappointed with this agency. They do not give the right information during ticket booking all they care about is making a sale. They convinced me to book with them Kenya airline and showed it had 3 luggage pieces making 69 kgs....on arrival on the airport I was surprised To be informed I had only 02 peices, and so I had to leave my items at airport . When I called for help they could not give me right information, that's how I wasted my money and time. Very disappointed....all they care about is making sale.

Positive experience: Been dealing with this agency for several months now and all services were easy and organized. Also, if visa costs gets lower, they lessen their prices too. My consultant is Joy, and she's a doll. She's easy to transact, doesn't hover, and she clearly knows the ins and outs of UAE visas. Visa process is fast too.

Fantastic experience: A 5star for Dusk Tours-Victoria at the back end in Dubai acted so professional working past the hrs to ensure that a Family Holiday for my 7-clients went successful. Negative experience: This is the worst agency. Dusk Travel and Tourism Dubai. They are keeping my money without allowing me to change a service. Neither they are giving at least a partial refund for a cancelled service which was not even processed. Worst is their front office staff and the supervisor named Francis. Extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to send my request to the higher management. Neither was I allowed to speak to them directly. This like a racket. I'm helpless rightnow as they have AED 4500 of my money for nothing.

Negative experience: They are not professional I paid them for visa services are 3 to 4 days they told me the application can not be processed I ask the for refund the told me they can not do refund I have to apply for a different visa of which I did not have a problem with that they told me you have to come to our office of which I did they told they is nothing they can do cause it a chain then I have to come again I then went the following day I sign and paid top up after that 4 days passed the now send me whatsapp message that I have to pay for 1 day fine. I don’t recommend anyone to use there service

Negative experience: Dear All, Dusk travel is good for taking your money had a very bad and worst experience 1.STAFF don't have any knowledge or updated about the UAE rules . 2.They charge you more as compare to actual cost. 3.They don't ask you or inform you from where they are applying your visa like they only apply for abudhabi and sharjah. 4.once u pay them after 3 days they will say its got rejected due to multiple reasons which is false. 5.Not ready to provide any proof why visa returned or rejected. 6.when u ask for your money back they will not refund you . 7.When we try to get in touch with supervisor or authorise person evrytime in meeting not have time to talk customers. Please its an advise not use this company services as they are sitting to take your hardly earn money .

Negative experience: This company is only good to you before they take your money. As soon as they take your money they become greedy and have no flexibility or care about their customers. I have had a terrible experience and would never advise ANYONE to use their services. Good at the start then downhill after.

Negative experience: Very Bad service. There is no update on your application and after that, they surprise you with the penalties because they aren't able to finish the process on time. And they don't even care about this. From salesperson to the manager they don't care.

Negative experience: This company is fake i applied for a visit visa for 90dayz they promised it will come out in 3dayz its has taken 3 weeks and no visa and no reason. Its such a shame no one can even tell you the reason why the visa is not out all there answers are on assumptions. I cant recommend it to any one i dont want other people to go through what i went through

Negative experience: Hello guys, run for your life from this set of unprofessional set of people, they are inconsiderate to there customers, both the manager and the management the owner are terrible people to deal with. I advise you not to look at the packaging done by there staffs that are give 5 stars updates, dont do anything with this people run far from them. If you need more information about them contact me. They will allow you to get fines and will not even notify you. They have a totally wicked attitude and inhumane attitude. I will be waiting for them to send there irresponsible message thati should email them if i have a problem. Just run for your life, run for difficulties, run from fines, run from unprofessionalism. If possible i will give zero star.

Negative experience: Dear All, I would suggest to use other travel agency for Visa and Ticket services. The staff who are working in Dusk Travel (Dubai - from top to bottom) are not professional even they are not aware about the procedure and services they are providing to the customer. I lost money because of their service level issues and nobody take responsibility they are just playing with customer.

Negative experience: A very useless travel agency and I will not recommend anyone to use them. The staff are rude and do not care once you have made payment. They do not deserve any star rating I applied for a family visa of 3 months for my wife, son and daughter and paid over 3000 AED. They did not inform me of a ban on Nigerian male visa from the age of 35 and below, but my son of 5 years old...his visa was not approved, my wife and daughter's visas were approved. The agents (bishop and alex) were incompetent and advised me to go to immigration and parent company (danata). The so called PRO couldn't do anything about, I asked for a refund to no avail. If you are in Dubai, please run away from this useless company. The visa assistant manager called osama is another rude individual. I regret ever using them.

Negative experience: Seems reviews about bad service is true. I just called now to inquire for air ticket, they did not even greet you at the time they pick the call. When i said that i want to enquire for an air ticket they should know what are the questions to ask, i told them i need ticket from Dubai to Clark, then he posed and seems searching when i said Philippines seems he was also surprised . After that on the otherline he seems searching, i told him i need roud trip ticket and he ask if i want to return back. I dont know i got irritated and asked to cancel my enquiry.

Fantastic experience: An amazing deal and fastest visa services! Great customer service from beginning to end of the process. The team are really accomodating and go the extra mile at every stage, most especially the staff SHELDONE, he's very professional and helpful throughout your journey. If you dropby at their travel agency for information, make sure to look for him. I would highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: It's so sad that unfortunately. Some customers are complaining of poor service at DTT. However as for me , I've got no complaints to them . They are very professional and Visas are issued on time . I have worked with them for a long time to process visas for my workmates, family and friends and no one is complaining. I salute their sales executive Ms.Ashley for her exemporary customer service skills , shes so patient,informative and very accommodating. I definitely recommend DTT, execpt that though their prices are good, they need to revise them a little lesser to compete better with low rate agencies in the market .

Negative experience: 0 rating. Very disappointed, I arrived here in Penang Malaysia and the hotel is not allowing us in because they said agent should have give you password. Which they didn’t !!! I am here in the street with my two daughters and 4 luggage in very hot and humid weather and don’t know what to do!!!! When I called the company to solve the issue, they said wait we don’t know!!! I really regret to book via this company! Never faced such a thing before. You don’t deserve to work in this field. My advice don’t book through this company. They will do anything to take your money. And then they Make very cheap and unorganized bookings. Unless you have too much money and wanted to waste it. The worse experience ever

Negative experience: Deserved a zero star. It's been 2 years, till now we haven't received our refund. We paid more than 9,000 AED for visa and tickets of our parents and sibling. We also sent an email to the airlines and they informed that 100% of the total fare has been refunded to Dusk 6 months after the cancellation. SCAM ALERT !!!!!!!

Negative experience: The worst service I have ever used the company is just big by the bolded name but useless they don't care about their customers at all you take peoples money and keep lying that the visas they applied no information the staffs are RUDE AND ARROGANT .The PRO i just luck word i applied a visa with this company 3 months down I have never seen it just the little amount I keep saving .you guys don't know how it takes for someone to give out such amount of money and you fail to deliver . Negative experience: Very poor service , as of yet I'm still waiting for assistance. I sent email to the higher authority still nothing. I can never recommend anyone to use this company for Visa's because they don't care about your well-being as soon as you pay for the service.

Negative experience: Unfortunately some of the staff ( with name Rohit) was not honest. He had taken the money promising to provide with some service but never did. I requested to return money back to me , but for past 2 months he is promising only tomorrow , then again tomorrow , then again tomorrow, then complaining about his bad situation. Looks like he find it easy way to make money. I send message to their HR department with his visa copy, explaining the scenario and requesting for help to solve issue out, but received complete ignorance to the situation. So be carful and stay away from It.

Negative experience: maybe the your service is better but you don't know to treat people well.i went today for an interview in this company she didn't even check my experience in UAE she juss look my age and tell this job is for 25 year old is this the reason.am 24 year old and i have experience in 3 year in tourism and also i worked as airport coordinator for a while.maybe your mind need to change not our age.Grow up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Negative experience: I was helping a friend who overstayed, the agent was not competent, lacked of knowledge led us to pay fine day by day 4 times, they informed us that visa was applied in Dubai which was a lie. They kept on saying fine payment was not updated on the system obviously it was not because my friend was paying in Dubai when the travel agency applied for visa in Abu Dhabi. I found out this at the Immigration office. I asked to give me the money back, the agent kept on saying sorry and its not his fault. DO NOT FOOL yourself to use their service. Mismanagement, incompetent company! They don't say anything about compansation caused by them. No system, no protocols, no knowledge whatsoever.

Negative experience: I paid 2500dh to this company to get a Visa change done, all I could get for the past 1months is just application form telling me my Visa is still on pending , immigration didn't release the Visa, the marketing agency are very rude and poor service. Now I tried another company the Visa came out just in 2days. Dusk tour refuses to refund my 2500dh saying it's not there business that I didn't get my Visa. The so called supervisor those not have manners of approach too.

Negative experience: Dear DTT Team, I would like to share my experience and complain about the experience which I had faced with DTT team, I would request you to please assist me. In February-2021 one of your sales agent contacted me by herself (Miss Myles) and informed me that the visit visa for male (Pakistan) are open to apply and visit visa will be issued within 10 days. I had re-confirmed with them that please re-check as other travel agents are still not providing visit visa for male (Pakistan) and they confirmed it that it is open for issuance. However after trusting there words I applied for visit visa for my sister and brother together. I had explained them my situation in advance that my mother had passed away in Pakistan (Due to COVID) and my brother and sister have to travel together, hence i require both visa's to together. They confirmed it will be provided within a week. However withing 5 days I had received my sister’s visit visa but my brother visit visa was still not issued and they told me it generally take 10 days for male visa to get issued. Every single week they use to come up with some new accuses. After one month of continuous follow up they changed their sales agent and assigned a new one (Miss Henny), and then she told informed that i need to talk with supervisor (Mr. Guri) etc. however i contacted supervisor he had informed me to contact immigration directly as they cannot do anything in my case. I insisted that the visa is applied by your team and you should be the one contacting the immigration but it was in vain as he kept saying the same word. However i wrote an email to the immigration department they informed me that my brother visa is already rejected. This was almost after 1.5 months and by that time my sister visa was about to expire (2 month validity before travelling). DTT didn't informed me the rejection of visa however I have informed them that the visa is already rejected. My money for both visit visas which was 1740 AED for 3 months plus ticket booking all were waisted. I requested them to refund me my money as it was purely there mistake, as they had falsely committed. Till now I haven't received any response from the DTT team. Negative experience: I will not recommend Dusk Tourism for anyone. Their sales agent are unprofessional, lairs and they don't understand customer service. Big company with poor service. They will do anything to take your money and put you into challenges you weren't supposed to face. Don't use this company when ever you need UAE visas. Selfish company who doesn't care about its customers and clients but only focus on how to make unnecessary money from these people. They are nothing without customers, and they can't function without us. STOP using Dust Tourism for your visa processing.

Negative experience: I had one of the most horrible experiences with this tourism company. I paid them 3 weeks back for my 3 months visa process. They waitied till the last day of my grace period & never applied. They didnt even inform me that no visa will be further granted to Pakistanis. I had to call and then only they told. They even made me run like hell for my refund. Ms MARJORY was the one handling my case. She is highly unprofessional & i would suggest never to go her for any services.

Negative experience: Please avoid them. It's a scam. They contacted me to advertise for them in my group on Facebook. I posted for them daily for more than a month and when it came to pay, they stopped responding to my messages. They have done the same thing with other group owners as well. Please avoid them. I repeat "Please avoid them". Update:- It's been 2 months now. Still no action. No one answered my messages and emails given in the reply to my review.

Negative experience: Too much hassle, got stranded on the airport. Have to wait 14 hrs to get rebooked. No coordination, asking us to coordinate to fly dubai when they should be doing that. After arriving in Dubai, agent didnt respond to any phone calls or msgs, had to check my visa application online and asked the airport personnel if I can go without softcopy. What’s the point of having an agency to assist you if in the end you’ll end up doing everything on your own?

Negative experience: ************CHEATERS******** One of the worst travel agents in the UAE. Pathetic service,Used them for visa change and travelled to oman on bus on their recommendation, experienced one hell of a time 1)They are not the main agents they make your visa through some other travel agent and rip you off your money 2)Visa arrived after 3 days in oman.When contacted the manager(Ali) and the sales person (Waleed) they put all the blame on you. No courtesy whatsoever 3)They ask you extra payment after you reach oman.You have no other option as your passport is with them Only use their service if you want to get ripped off and experience rude management behaviour There are many travel agents in the UAE with better services and lower prices

Negative experience: Worst people called so many people for interview and after 1 hour waiting time they told all people to go back and they said they will call us. Hate them. Check you buildings CCTV camera and you will see how we are standing outside your office door and there was no Ac in the lift lobby,too many people's were there for interview and after sweating for 1 hour what reply we got from your office staff is drop your resume and we will call you for the interview.

Negative experience: Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Never go for interview. They only need yours phone number. Then they calling and offering to visa extending when your visa expiring(cold calling/fishing). Don't waist your time and traveling fees.

Fantastic experience: Very good service! Fast visa approval, and attentive customer service/ sales service! I would recommend Luis as he is very fast in replying and always ready to assist.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Please note they surcharge you with 5% if you pay by credit card. They don’t inform you this in advance. The reason for the charge is bank merchant service fee which is 2% for premium cards. They rip you off for an additional 3% on this.
