Positive experience: Our driver Emdaar was an excellent host, the way he took care of our family and made us very relaxed and welcoming. I had my mother in law who is a bit frail and akhi Emdaar took care of her and always kept checking. He was definitely the highlight of our trip, and the Land Cruiser segment was extremely enjoyable. The buggy section however there was difficulty, to begin with the buggy they gave me didn’t appear to be working properly and was barely going through the desert, till it eventually bogged down in a dune and then we discovered the 4WD system wasn’t working, they did however take me back to another buggy and get me back out. The evening in the camp thing wasn’t to my taste, I’d rather a more traditional night but the falafel was great that I’ll say. To our driver: لا أستطيع أن أشكرك بما فيه الكفاية أخي العزيز

Negative experience: I do not know how everyone is going about praising them, my experience with the was awful. 1. They sent an inexperienced driver who came an hour late to collect us from our location and kept losing way and delaying all the evening. 2. They gave us a 10 min safari ride in the desert. 3. We reached the camp late, couldn't enjoy the other stuff. 4. The camp had some other event going on which was never informed to us. 5. They give us a list of events, half of them did not happen. 6. The worst part it, I kept calling the sales guy all evening to tell them what is happening, the GUY DID NOT RESPOND at all! In my 16 years that I have spent in Dubai so far and all the Safaris that I have taken my guests to, this one was the worst.
