Fantastic experience: Safar Travel and Tourism arranged tour for group of 10 to Thailand for us - 4 days and 5 Nights - well organized and good level of service in term of bookings, selection of places and hotels. Only one thing to consider more is about halal food option in hotels.

Negative experience: OK TO BOARD (OTB) is being asked by GO First airline in case of travel from Delhi to Abu Dhabi even though passengers having printout of tourist e-visa and ECNR Passport. However other Indian Airline like Air india, Indigo, Spicejet, Vistara, AirIndia Express etc. are not asking OTB where passengers travel to UAE with ECNR passport alongwith printout of eVisa. No body is telling exact requirement regarding OTB for l for travel from Delhi (INDIA) to Abu Dhabi (UAE)

Since Covid they have helped me with all the required information for my travels even filled out all the necessary forms for me and my family. The team goes out of their way and are available out side office hours to help. I pay a little more than going direct online with the airlines but at least they give me the peace of mind of helping me with all my arrangements, transportation, hotels, documents etc Knowledgeable and friendly team! Highly recommend Safar to anyone looking for a more personal approach to travel.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Safar Travel for the lasyt three years and always found the service from the consultent to be outstanding. i may pay a lettle more for my air ticket, but the service i recieve such as advise on all the covid requierments, assistance in upgrade through my points, checking me in on line while i am on the beach chilling, changes of flights and so on is what is importent. the car hire prices i get from Safar has always been better than what i could find on line, and same goes to fining me good rates in hotels. i also found that Safar can get me better rates on internal flights within Europe. basically, no matter where i am around the world, i can what'sapp my consultant for questions and services and it gets done. thank you Safar.
