Negative experience: Worst visa service. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I applied for Singapore visa in Abu Dhabi branch and the lady named MERA very rude. Firstly they will tell you that the documents you need are enough and correct to lure you in and then after visa rejection they will take no responsibility even if the mistake is from their own side. On my application form I had incorrect information such as origin address, name, passport place issue that was filled under supervision of lady agent at the agency itself. Also the residence visa copy was not included as she said it is not required which is quite funny as residence visa copy is must to proof status in uae. She didn’t take any supporting documents for my fiancé (Philippines national) who is accompanying me to Singapore. It was too late as I realized only after rejection. To follow up rejection, she will not pickup the calls and if she do very rude and all she have to say is its the decision from the immigration and we don’t take any responsibility for the rejection and if you need help you can go to other agency and try submit new visa application becuase it will be rejected again if you do from our side. This clearly seems like a tactic to avoid being guilty. I decided to ditch omeir agency and go for Uranus travel and tours based in Dubai almost with very professional and friendly staff. It was almost 2 hours drive to Uranus agency but it was worth it. On my meeting with Uranus staff, they guided me through each step making sure the form is filled correctly and the important supporting documents are correct. They were shocked as well when I told them my bad experience with Omeir agency because as per them it is very unlikely you will get rejected and it is because of incorrect documents thinking that the lady in Omier maybe a ROOKIE! Out of 1000 visa applications there is a chance on 1-2 rejections only which is a good success rate for Uranus Travel agency. My application for tourist visa got APPROVED! Thanks to Uranus Travels. I would not recommend omeir agency to anyone as it will be a waste of time, effort and waste of money. The visa cost at omeir agency is 180 dhs which is higher than the other authorized agencies in UAE. The Singapore immigration website clearly states that the fee for visa application is 80 dhs plus agent fee of 65 dhs which is total 145 dhs and same charged by Uranus agency.

Negative experience: Worst agency to deal with. Staff has attitude and don't know how to deal with people. Worst staff handling Singapore visas specially that filipino lady! deal with other agencies instead.

Negative experience: I had a nasty experience here with the man who sits at the farthest end of the visa section. He was extremely rude to me and kept the woman who was actually attending me from doing her job. He interrupted the woman and literally told me I was asking too many questions. Then he tried to brush me off by telling me to just look at the signs they had up, which had visa information that did not apply to me. He also said that the woman couldn’t spend her time helping me and that she was making a mistake doing so, meanwhile I’m the only customer there. Just completely ridiculous, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER set foot back in that place and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: It took them for ever to answer the phone. I gave the info to the employee there to arrange a package for me and my family. He said he will email me but he never did. I will never deal with them again.
