Negative experience: This agency is not interested in what you get. the main thing is money. Example: a sandstorm. You're on your way. you are interested in the guide when it will end. You don't get an answer. You come on a sightseeing tour and find out that the sandstorm will last for several days. You can't do a photo shoot, but they don't care.
