Negative experience: Last November 30, me and my friend went for Umrah Hajj through them, we travel regularly and can say from experience that I have never had such bad service in my traveling life, their bus service was so bad that I can't speak, and the hotel rooms were of the lowest standard, we did not misbehave with them just because we had gone to perform the holy Umrah Hajj. To those of you who are going to perform the holy Umrah Hajj through this travel agency, I will say one thing, make a thoughtful decision. Thanks everyone. গত ৩০ নভেম্বর আমি ও আমার বন্ধু ওদের মাধ্যমে উমরাহ্ হজ্ব করতে যাই, আমরা রেগুলার ট্রাভেল করি সেই অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলতে পারি যে তাদের মতো বাজে সার্ভিস আমার ট্রাভেলিং লাইফে আর কখনো করিনি, তাদের বাস সার্ভিস এতোটাই বাজে ছিলো যে বলার ভাষা নেই, আর হোটেল রুম গুলো ছিলো সর্বনিম্ন মানের, আমরা শুধুমাত্র পবিত্র উমরাহ হজ্ব পালন করতে গিয়েছি বলেই তাদের সাথে খারাপ আচরণ করিনি,, আপনারা যারা এই ট্রাভেল এজেন্সির মাধ্যমে পবিত্র উমরাহ হজ্ব পালন করতে যাচ্ছেন, তাদেরকে একটা কথাই বলবো, ভেবেচিন্তে সিদ্ধান্ত নিবেন। ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে।

Negative experience: I would never suggest anyone to travel with this robbers. The service is rubbish they just give the worst hotels actually not hotel like damaged building in madina. And they try to steal money from u by lying they provide u nice hotel but this is cheating on people even their managers are stealer they are so misbehavior people. I wolud not suggested anyone to travel with this robbers.

You can check and find lot of travel agents check and enquire first then travel. don't choose this travels ever. when ever you need any info they don't help at all. and also discuss before your handling your passports to them. If your in need of it or any kind emergency then no one will respond. such a worst travels. Negative experience: Worst travel agency in dubai. We booked umrah with them by bus. It was a nightmare travel. They took 48 hours to reach mecca from dubai. And almost 40 hours to come back. Worst hotel stay. So don’t take any risks to book umrah package through them.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience, Umrah package by bus cannot be worse then this, very unprofessional driver's, buses without maintenance. Very dirty rooms without any room service. Not recommended at all to any one.
