Negative experience: This travel agency is very bad. No one can get visa or ticket from this travel agency. These people do not give any information from here. The staff here does not know how to talk. And the staff here does not have any knowledge and they will talk to you as if they have all the information. These people talk on the basis of state and not on the basis of country.

Negative experience: They are so favorable for few nationalities. Their sales person misguided me during a visa change trip to Oman and lost money more than the budgetd expense for the journey. Really very bad in professional manner and unfriendly with customers. I don't recommend it for Sri Lankan nationals
