Negative experience: Poor customer service; the travel agent didn't seem to care about the urgency of my requirements and despite me asking several times if there's any documentation required, communication was very poor. Would not recommend if you need quick service.

I never met her personally all was through chats or calls directly. She is really a gem of a person. I spoke to her clarifies what I was looking for and she exactly knows what her customer needs. She gave me all accurate information about everything related to my travel and bookings. First time I ever felt relaxed since I knew she is the lady I can trust and depend on. It was just fabulous and me and my family are all smiles after this trip at the very good arrangements from sightseeing to hotel booking to transfers, all taken care and nicely crafted schedule which made us a enjoy our holidays with rest and relaxation with no tensions of what happens next. Fantastic experience: I would love to rate them 5 stars, Al Shamsi travels have a professional team to handle the customers. last month I had been to Europe, they assist me to get the online VFS visa appointment date. (by M/s Jennifer). I booked my flights, Travel insurance and Eurail tickets and Hotel Bookings from them ( Assisted by Mr.Lateef) or I can say they customized my complete package as what I was searching.
