Negative experience: I recently booked a ticket through Cozmo Travel, mistakenly thinking it was the Air Arabia office. They have one shop, but it can be clearly seen that staff wear different uniforms and have different counters with different branding at the back of the counters, which I realized after spending a few minutes with the lady at the counter. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. However, the Air Arabia staff at the same office, particularly a gentleman in his 40s, always provides excellent service, so please don't mix the two as I was even given a printout mentioning Cozmo Travel, not Air Arabia. Firstly, despite showing my screenshot ticket to the counter lady, Twinkle, I was repeatedly asked for the same information, causing unnecessary delays and resulting in the wrong timing for the flight being booked. This inefficiency is frustrating and unacceptable. Secondly, I was informed of an additional 3.5% charge on card payments, forcing me to go and withdraw cash from the bank. Such extra charges are not permissible by law, making this an unfair practice. While her attitude wasn't rude, it was uncomfortable. She kept saying "SORRYYYY" in a weird way, which made it very uncomfortable, and features that were free online were charged extra at the counter. She even asked me to write my number and email on paper and then read it out, which was quite amusing. Overall, my experience with Cozmo Travel was disappointing. I hope they improve their booking process and customer service. In the end, the printout was handed over like at a normal shop, lacking the expected Air Arabia experience.
