Negative experience: Poor Service. I was a regular customer, they put their mobile contact even though they had mine, while booking the air ticket. When the flight timings were pre-poned they not even bothered to inform me. All I was told that it was a mistake from airline and they didn’t receive any notification from Airline. When I asked them for refund, they refused and informed me to contact the Airline. When I contacted Airline, they provided me with all evidence of notification sent to mobile number stated during booking. When I confronted this agent with evidence, they blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped receiving calls. Be careful.

Negative experience: Very worst experienced Hr while taking interview, no manners at all.
