Negative experience: Worst service ever, they make it really hard to book msc cruise ticket delays in each process, not willing to provide any kind of help or info regarding the trip , even timing of arrival abd check in , with the worst attitude i ever faced its really bad poor service they provide , wrong passport info , at least I noticed before the date to correct them careless people never recommend

Negative experience: My experience with this agency was the worst. I filled out a visa form online, triple checked it and sent my passport. They made a mistake in my visa, a terrible one that caused me a lot of stress and a lot of money. They didn't let me enter Dubai on the visa, so I had to get a new one. Don't use Sharaf, there are so many better agencies.

We—a group of six consisting of two young children, two middle-aged persons, and two above-sixty members—thoroughly enjoyed our five-day Georgia trip in April 2023. Thank you, Noorsaba! You correctly understood our requirements and accordingly arranged the flights, the hotels, the cabs, and the itinerary. It was another pleasant experience with you, the previous-one being our memorable trip to Switzerland in 2018 (review of that tour appears below). While most travel agents try to push their readymade solutions, Sharaf Travels crafted a Swiss tour meeting specific requirements for my family. They ensured that my wife and I land at Zurich from India within five minutes from my son, daughter and granddaughter landing there from Dubai; they booked the Swiss Travel Pass for us; they booked us at a perfect 2-bedroom apartment in Titlis as per our requirement; and provided a perfect itinerary that included even the platform number of the train. Ms Noor was especially helpful. Thank you, Sharaf, for making our Swiss Tour (June 18-24, 2018) so enjoyable!

Negative experience: Whatever you do, do not use Sharaf agency to apply for a visa. They made a mistake in our visas and submitted it with a different nationality from our passports and form. We ended up losing the right to enter the country upon arrival because of their mistake, spent over 5 hours at the airport and lost tons of money. Our taxi left, we lost a night at our hotel, also paid, and had to pay extra for new visas. In the end, a nice person at the airport helped us apply for a new visa that got approved, but all this made a serious dent in our budget. The agency never refunded us or even apologized, they were very rude and kept claiming that it's not their fault even though it was clear what they did. Even at the airport, they said they've never seen anything like it and recommended that we report them.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family availed their Georgia Package for 7 days. It was really great and we truly enjoyed the whole duration of the trip. We definitely got our money's worth ... There are a lot of cheaper packages offered online but the quality of the tour is very much different. We were well taken care off from the time we landed to Georgia until the time we left bound back to Dubai... The tour itinerary is catered for tourist to see the most beautiful spots and must-see places of each city. Tour guide is not so keen on the time and will let you enjoy as much as you can... All I can say is that this is one of the best tours we have encountered and will definitely book other tour packages next time! ❤️❤️❤️
