We take all feedback very seriously and would like to clarify our position and actions regarding your recent tour package to Baku.You booked a Baku 3N4D package, which included a 3-night stay at a specified hotel, with all details communicated and confirmed multiple times before finalizing the payment. The finalized itinerary and confirmation voucher were sent to you four days before your trip.Upon arrival, you expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel quality, despite having confirmed the details prior to payment. You also complained about the tour package and the number of nights included. We offered an option to stay at a different hotel in Gabala at an additional cost, which you declined. Throughout the trip, you exhibited disruptive behavior, including shouting at the driver, attempting to exit the vehicle while in motion, and causing damage to the car. This behavior was reported by the driver. Although our vendor considered filing a complaint, we requested them not to, to avoid further complications for you.On the second day, you requested to visit a location not included in the itinerary, and despite the driver's accommodation, you reacted aggressively. We reviewed all communications and documentation and found that all details were clearly provided and confirmed before payment. We offered alternative accommodations, which you declined. We addressed the disruptive behavior reported by the driver and are working on improving guidelines to handle such situations to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff.We strive to provide high-quality service and ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests. The issues reported, particularly the aggressive behavior towards our staff and vehicle, are concerning.
