Negative experience: Monica Mamtani at the DAFZA branch seemed to be very blunt and not very customer friendly.... hope she can be more helpful and courtesy as this will help increase sales as with her attitude she is surely driving away customers !

Negative experience: worst call center experience, tried to call from abroad, no response at all, was holding for more than 30 mints, still didnt respond.
