Negative experience: Highly unprofessional people, went for the trip with my in-laws, the driver was making jokes on my father in law and making adult jokes in front of family and making fun of females. Then he locked the car while few people were on the still on the third row and trying to get out for at least 3-4 mins. We requested for the other driver he was fine but lead to an accident we all suffered major shock and somehow escaped injury, the owner didn’t even ask if we are ok, was just worried about the car. Earlier we were getting exclusive cars for the whole day but after payment done during middle of the trip the driver started coming late in mornings and use to drop us on the location and go for picking other tourist and then again come late. The cruise dinner was too cramped and uncomfortable. Lastly after the trip my sister in law forgot a sim card to return to them, that they had given with zero balance to receive their calls, for which they kept constantly asking me constantly and use to ping 2 am in night for update. When we took sometime in returning the sim ,they got frustrated and started shouting to not call them by name(maybe address them as sir/Ji), although I was referring them by their name from starting and tried to explain that it’s professional to call people by their name and not disrespectful but they kept arguing. Please don’t go on the positive reviews, looks like many are posted by the travel agent people itself, one of the reviews i can see by name ‘Anil Nishad’. Please avoid and rather go for some renowned travel agency.

Fantastic experience: Very good

Negative experience: I booked a 6 hr private desert safari package using Hilton Garden Inn Concierge. Other than driver Jafar, nothing was good. We were put a cramped space in worst Falcon Oasis Campsite as Nishad would buy worst possible space and spot from Campsite to save money while charging customers full amounts. So bad on #hiltongardeninn Hilton Garden Inn too that they used this company. Refrain from using this company if you can..
