We had booked a trip to a temple and were instructed to arrive at 9:30 AM as the bus was scheduled to depart at 10 AM. However, we were kept waiting until 11 AM. It was clear that the staff had no regard for our time, regardless of whether we were fasting or not. It is essential for businesses to understand the importance of prompt and efficient service. They didn’t even apologized ‍♂️

I bought a ticket from Namaste travel and after few days I knew that I need to do PCR test while travelling from china however they didn’t give information and more then 6times I followup with Namaste travel staff and still they are saying I am checking and get back to you but nobody get me back until today date. I recommend to all Nepalese brother and sister please donot purchase the ticket from this travel.

Namaste is one of the best Travel Agent in Bur Dubai.I used to recommend most of my friends this Travel whenever they ask.But,when finally I went their for my and friends process along with them you know what sounds came from one of Crew “ Behan Dekhi Mero Dimag Le Kam Garekoxen Maile Vaat Khaye Ki Khaina Malai Thaxena” is this how you..?And he just refused indirectly to do.Actually I don’t want to mention his name.I believe he won’t do this in future to others.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this travel agent. They are not even interested in talking to you properly. All they care is whether you speak Nepali or not. If not, they are not really interested in assisting you. Even the documentation requirement they tell you very vaguely with zero comfort and confidence.

Mr. Thapa is not responsible staff in the team as well i try to communicate with other team member they simply said contact to Mr. Thapa who not answer my call, instead of helping and solving my problem they balm to why i did not done work on the office itself. this the pathetic service I have ever experience from travel agency. Negative experience: Namaste travels is one of the worst travel agency in dubai.they are very careless and rude. I told them to book a round way flight ticket on june 28 to july 27 and they booked at July 28 to August 27 and so on. I went to the airpot then i know after that i called to ishwor thapa but he don't want to talk and spoke very rudely. So I pay 500 dhiram penalties for the flight. So i am requesting to everyone please don't trust to namaste travels.
