Negative experience: To write my feedback i have to give at least a star. But i don’t wanted to give a star even, by the service of this travel. I suggest anyone not to go trough this travel, you may face problem. Lack service. Neither receiving call in mobile number nor in landline. Where are the staffs? Office is showing it’s opened and it’s tuesday. “ hajur haru lai future ma gayera kai problem na hos vanera maile yo feedback deko ho” so better go through another than this.

Negative experience: Don’t expect for after sales service.. they literally don’t know what are they doing.. pathetic.. Please “don’t fall for” bunch of useless people.

Negative experience: Pathetic Service. They just treat customers as cash cows. I don't recommend anyone to go there cos if they found out that you are unaware of how things work,then they will see you as a prey. Instead of solving the issue of customers they will start their baseless argument.

They should give value their all customer and their satisfaction as they need only money, However I was very happy with Sirjana she is very helpful always because of her I recommend all of my friend to go suva yatra travel because of sirjana very very kind and always take care customer exception however she is not available for few month then we contact with Nishan Rai who is very un professional and even he told us he book ticket with his salary for group he is very lier also manager I don’t no name and I don’t want to know also because he is very very un professional also, In summary I recommend all to do not believe any more Suva yatra travel
