Negative experience: We made a reservation for the sightseeing and dinner aboard the Ocean Empress cruise. The date was for the 14th of August 2022. That evening a dust storm came in and visibility was down to 1/4 of a mile. I contacted the Cruse and advised them that I contacted the Weather at the airport and they reported visibility was to get worse. I also advised that two of my party has Asthma and could not be out in the dust. I kindly asked for a refund. They refused. I asked how can you take our money when number 1 it's a sightseeing cruise with very poor visibility, number 2 two of our party of 6 has bad Asthma. They refused to refund the money. One of our friends did go and she said you could hardly see the buildings and the food was terrible. We and my 4 other members feel we were taken advantage of and advice anyone else to stay away from this company.
