Positive experience: The staff they need more training about how to book flights multiple times & about visa's . I went there to book a flight ticket to Spain, but because I have multiple entries, I don't want to come back to dubai, so I decided to stay in Europe but to go to any country not Schengen and without visa. I ask the gentlemen there that I need to go to Andorra I was surprised that he didn't have any information, but he made it more difficult And when I ask about the price of the tickets he doesn't know .. It's not showing in the system because it's multiple times. So basically, I just spend my time going there & before that, calling them without any results

Negative experience: very bad experience 1. there was some problem so need to cancel one room hotel booking 1 day prior to check in; hotel was ready to refund but mussafir travel agents said it was non refundable. 2. they booked adult tickets for child below 4 years for every entry; we came to know there was no need to book once we reach at destination like ferrari world and burj khaliffa. 3. charged excess visa fees though we had USA visa; so less visa fees on arrival was needed; did not inform us 4. taxi drivers were shabby and said rules n regulation according to their convenience; like they could not drop us in midway somewhere though we have hired taxi for whole day
