Negative experience: Hypocrite staff

Negative experience: i paid 750dhs on 17th of april wednesday for the vissa because this guy muhammad javed said that it is a 100% assurance that the vissa will be released this date 19 of april.until i always message him for the update,always me i am reminding him.never have i recieved that he message me 1st for the update. i mesage him 3pm, and he told me after 10 to 15mins.ive waited and message him till i came in there office around 6:30pm,and again they said processing.10:16evening still my vissa they didnt send.i message him and told me he will comeback to his office to send the vissa.i still need to follow-up them.they dont care.if u will not ask for the update then they will not message u also,my money was all waisted because of what they said 100% assurance but the truth is not.they should have told to there costumers the truth that it will not be released on this date so that we will not expect.because ive waisted money. and this said manager was shouting at me, he was supposed to be the manager and why he doesnt know everything.this is not good. they should have to explain to there clients the truth so that we will not waiste our money.that manager should have to explain properly not that he will tell me that i know everything,how will i know.thats the reason i came to this agency to know about the vissa status,they will not help u aslong as they get ur money,then finish.i dont recommend this agency.even they will not give u the refund.i told them to give me back my money around 6:30pm they said they cannot give back,how??they didnt get the vissa yet and they told me still under processing.ive trusted them in the first place.but theyve ruined my trust to them.u are the agent.u should explain to us costumers that this is not 100% assured we will receieve our vissa on the said date that uve promised.i have proofs on the voice message that this agent send me message and voice message to comeback to that office because he has 100% assurance he can give me the vissa on that date i needd.he promised and forced me to comeback.i know how many days for the processing.but he promised me that on that date they will release before 8pm. and whats the time i received the vissa if i didnt call him around 10 in the evening for the copy of the vissa they will not give u or update u.u really need to follow-up them always.

Fantastic experience: assalamo alaikom me shahnwaz Naeem bhai buht acha kam kartey hai ap mere buht kam kiey r buht jaldi kartey hai visit visa and ticket etc.

Negative experience: Very very bad response. I have applied my mother visa last week. Did not get on the given time. Very irresponsible /careless behaviour of Mr. Naeem specially. He has been giving lame excuses. Don't buy visa from this consultant. Nothing is there except time wasting.

Negative experience: Even one star they don’t deserve. Very rude staffs, they always promise but it is not happening. Do not book your visa here, they will delay. They even said that they will not give visa and will not refund our money!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and committed to deliver quality services. Best rate in regards to Visa and tickets.

Positive experience: Good for family visa or self. Only thing to improve is, update customer on time.
