Negative experience: One of the worst travel agency I've ever came across. They are the official franchise partner for Saudi airlines in Dubai and when the flights were cancelled to and from Saudi Arabia and after the resumption of flight, they were charging hefty amount for rescheduling even though they were Saudi airlines franchise they were taking 100 or more dirham as their commission. I couldn't get this. A very disappointing experience with them.
