Fantastic experience: Travel dreams realized with expertise.

Negative experience: They book through another agency which makes their prices higher. Once you book and need to modify your booking, they will blame the 3rd party for not being able to help them. Lost a full one-way ticket with them because don’t know how to change the ticketing dates. Poor communication and clearly not knowing what they’re doing.

Negative experience: Never got any good assistance from this travel agency for Umrah. Contacted the Umrah agent (person name SAMEER) so many times on call and whatsapp for details relating to Umrah but never bothered responding on time and ackowledging to my messages/calls. It went on for 1 month. Absolute disrepect to pilgrims who are eagerly looking for help in terms of visa bookings.

Negative experience: We approached their agent to do visas for our family who are due to travel in a week. After accepting the job, he randomly denied last minute, leaving us in the middle of a situation where their travel date is getting closer and now we have to look for another agency and start the entire process again! And if the visa gets delayed our family will loose over 6000 AED that has been spent to book the tickets!! UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL IRRESPONSIBLE UNACCEPTABLE UNTRUSTWORTHY

Negative experience: Worst service and also they collect the entry ticket amount here but need to pay extra when in travel.
