Negative experience: Akbar Travel in Bur Dubai has the worst service. Faizan, Askar, Jincy, and Ahmed from the departments are not responding to customers properly. They are not providing adequate details, and their actions suggest that they do not value customers and see them as disturbances. I will go directly to meet Nasar bhai to complain about these people. I don't understand why managers are simply sitting without experience and selecting staff. If they invest money, they should know how to develop their staff. Managers are receiving good pay, which is why they are not paying attention to customer feedback.

I was little tensed because I changed my job so some travel documents I have to clear and I completely not aware about that soo when I go there only one staff was there.. So I asked him about the procedure.. Am not much knowledgeable about the documents so I ddn understand what he said so I asked him just repeat I didn get you... At that point he got frustrated and his voice and all changed and teasing very badly...while he speaking even not looking at me... And that tym he got a call and he completely avoiding me and talking with that person very politely.. That is not professional call some of his friends and he waiting for that am leaving from shop.. So I went other travels and they guide me very well.. And today again same experience with other guy.. Our conversation last like 15 mnts even not a smile on his face and I was standing this whole time... He is not doing basic manners to tell customer to sit only this branch I had these worstest experience other branches of akbar is very helpful and polite.. That's why I went akbar sooo really bad...

Negative experience: Do No Buy Umrah Bus Package from here. Our Experience is Very Bad. The Agents of Umrah Service are irresponsible. The Hotel Service is Pathetic and there is no coordination from their side at all thru the whole trip. They smuggle Mobile Phones from Dubai to KSA on Umrah Tour and While coming Back from Umrah they smuggle Zamzam Water to Dubai.

Negative experience: The staffs sitting there are not updated of the covid rules. When i asked them is there pcr test required to fly to kochi they said yes. But actually there is no need of pcr test to fly to kerala but in other states its required.
