Negative experience: A very bad experience at this store . I am astonished as why it has been given 5* , they not even deserve 1*. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude. I took my IPad just for checking as it was not getting switched on…..the person dealing with me boasted to be well experienced in repairing an IPad and gave me 1 hr to come back and get my IPad. As promised, I came back after an hr, as I was informed that there is something wrong with the mother board and I would be charged 370 AED. I requested them to return my IPad, as I didn’t want to repair it with them. It’s been more than 2 hrs, that I am still waiting to get back my IPad, but no one is helping me here! I shouted at them but still they have only one thing to say, that is to wait! I am extremely disappointed and feel like reporting them to the Police.The person who took my Ipad also disappeared!!
