Negative experience: Horrible... maybe the staff is good at their job. But they certainly need to learn some manners. If it matters your company should conduct some training on customer service.

Negative experience: It was really a horrible experience!!! I paid a guarantee for one of the services. When my guarantee was due, I tried to refund it. After serveral emails and serveral calls for almost one month and although I live in Abu Dhabi, they insisted me going to Sharja to get my money. When I went to Shariah they said you cannon receive them in Sharja because the supervisor is not available but possible to get them in Abu Dhabi after 2 days. The possilbilty was there!!! I followed up for 10 days till I got them. After almost 40 days of continuous calls, emails and visits I got them. OMG!!!
