Negative experience: Very Bad Experience with them totally not respected the time specially Abu Dhabi branch Mr Samer no answer the call Land line if you call 100 times no answers No call answer no respond I submitted my father and my sister passport they applied after 8 days in the system they don't care the time at all

Negative experience: It was really a horrible experience!!! I paid a guarantee for one of the services. When my guarantee was due, I tried to refund it. After serveral emails and serveral calls for almost one month and although I live in Abu Dhabi, they insisted me going to Sharja to get my money. When I went to Shariah they said you cannon receive them in Sharja because the supervisor is not available but possible to get them in Abu Dhabi after 2 days. The possilbilty was there!!! I followed up for 10 days till I got them. After almost 40 days of continuous calls, emails and visits I got them. OMG!!!
