Negative experience: This is a scamming company that will keep on calling you even if you ended your subscription with them. I had a subscription with them that I dobt even know what I subscribed for back in 2019. Years later they kept calling me until 2022 I payed for a cancellation fee. After that they called me now and told me that I have to pay 7000dhs. Ill see them in court before i pay it.

Negative experience: Never ever deal with this company (Multi plus) very very bad service and after the cancellation through the phone they contacted me couple time after 4/5 years asking for renew and denying the cancellation. Very irritating

Negative experience: اسواء شركة على الإطلاق على مستوى الدولة اسلوب الموظفين مستفز للعميل ، محاولت استقطاع مبالغ من العملاء من غير وضوح في العقود . اخفاء العقود عن العميل وعدم ارسالها في حال طلبها على الايميل او عن طريق الوتساب التعامل مع الشركة غامظ ؛ شركة لا تحترم العملاء شي غريب للعلم شركة Multi Plus Program / Multi Plus Travels. هيه نفس الشركةBooking international وكلهم نفس الاسلوب و السياسه و انصح المتعامل يدخل وبتشوف التقييم على multi plus لانه الجماعه شكلهم كل فتره يغيرو الاسم علشان يستمرو على نفس النسق من غير ما حد يعرفهم ( أي تقيم جيد لشركة أتأكد انه مزيف و غير حقيقي )

Negative experience: تعامل سيئ جدا.. بطء شديد في التعامل.. عدم الاحترافيه ابدا في التعامل مع العملاء من أكثر من موظف .. تم خصم المبلغ من الحساب دون الرجوع لي ومن ثم إجراءات عقيمه لاسترجاع المبلغ.. لااااا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا..
