Negative experience: Worst possible team to travel with. Messed up hotel at madinah(super small rooms for 5 people, with literally zero space to even stand, dirty toilets, no facilities at all); transport was even worse as they kept downgrading the bus used. UAE to KSA bus was okayish, but they started to use smaller and poorer wuality busses for the ziyarah and the return to UAE. To top it all, zero accountability from the agents and guides(do what you wanna do attitude). Also, no schedule, no information ahead, it’s all dependent on their mood.

Negative experience: Very bad experience of umrah with al baraah.they don't have time schedule just to much talking very bad bus service hotel totally waste of time waste of money.
