Fantastic experience: It's a travel agency nice people and have good offers for different travelers and tourists. They offer visa services and ticketing services as well at nominal prices. Have 2 offices in uae being head office in Abu Dhabi and branch office in Dubai sheikh Zayed road.

Negative experience: To all brothers and sisters here...Don't believe this company (any of this kind either). They'll call you by saying that you have a gift awaiting...after that they will say they have a special offer only available for that day (not exactly) coz they're doing it daily by trapping different families...if you've taken a holiday package from them they never gonna support you in any ways...in other ways you just lost your money. I'm experienced...so never fall for it again peeps! And about the good reviews here..beileve me those all are fake reviews just by theirown fake ids!

Negative experience: Please do not get into this traps, not answering any calls and emails after paying so much of money for a package you plan for family what a big disappointment. If there is a zero on this rating or even negative. The best way to do is to let the authority know about it. Sharing this to protect any family to get into this such of a scam.

You will loose all your money. They will not give you any of the services mentioned in your contract. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THEIR HOLIDAY PACKAGES/ DEALS. They deserve a negative rating.

Negative experience: We always wanted to go on a trip to Oman but weren’t sure, through Tajbe, it was possible. We got the best assistance for our visa and hotel from pavan sir (only assistance no payment, we payed for our stay and was promised that we would receive it when we come back but boom they disappeared) but anyways we had a really relaxed and enjoyable trip.

Negative experience: Getting their membership was a worst decision i have ever made in my life. Also the 5 star reviews that you are seeing look also fake as most of these members have only 1 review and that too about Tajbe and how great they are which they are not....

Negative experience: I have been trying to get hold of Tajbe Customer care but no one bothers to answer the call or reply to the emails. This is Frustrating as i see this was such a bad investment and they mention in the contract that money wont be refunded. i feel like cheated and don't know how to move ahead with them. 1. they dont answer the call 2. by chance even the call is answered they have no answers but just go round and round 3. They dont email you back as well. 4. i have asked for the passes from 23rd of July and till date i have received no passes instead they say that you have to inform us in 7-10 days in advance which is totally pathetic, i always have to remind them the mails are sent ages ago, which shows they dont have proper team in place or they are just there to ruin poor peoples time and money.

Negative experience: A Fraud Travel Agency, who will Dramatically convince you to Pay a NON-REFUNDABLE 30/35K as advance payment for Week wise trip each year for next 10 Years (Will the company be there for 10 ears even??). Once You Paid, the Things gets reversed - No Answer to Phone, No Office attendant and the Requested (60 days advance) Dates for the travel are not even available. Our Trip + Annual Vacation and Money was wasted because of these peoples. If You are STUCK, Read the Contract, there is 7 DAYS COOL OFF Period, within which you can cancel Membership with full refund. taking a swift action with legal notice and Email can save your Money - else there is no chance to refund even the Consumer court can not do anything after that.

Negative experience: Tajbe representative called me and told me that I have won two gifts ie Free Family Holiday Trip and and one gram Gold Coin and asked to collect the gift. I attended 45 min presentation in which I found not useful to me. After the presentation, they did not give me gold coin and told me that their representative call me and the courier it but till now no one called me.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they never keep up their promise, they are cheating, no scope for escalation and one Karthik will give few reasons proving their inefficiency to keep up their promise. I paid my money in full and now I am feeling I made a wrong decision entering into a contract with Tajbe. Nowadays they don't receive calls and not bothered to call back also.

Negative experience: If there was an option of giving zero star ,I would have.Same modus operandi , they give raffle vouchers in a mall,next day you get a call saying you have won a trip which mind you will never be local .They will conveniently forget to mention that it is not a free vacation and that you have to pay Aed 600.Loud music ,them being in corporate sales and now entering retail.They ask you some really annoying questions in the name of a survey which their manager will decide if we won and believe me you will always win.You will always be 1of the 10 lucky families or should i say unlucky from the 500 families who got spared from these cheaters.Obviously they will call all the families and say today is the last day of promotion.It's all the same with all these scamsters.Irfan, Vaibhav and Mary were the prime actors.Really bad acting though.Tajbe guys were so low on budget they couldn't even afford a kitchenware or bottled water.When I refused to buy the package ,they refused to give me the promised kitchenware which they said i had won a day earlier and had nothing to do with buying the package.Since they called and informed me that I have to collect my gift and they will just give me the details of the trip that I had won.(Imagine they were so desparate they came down from Aed 20000 to Aed 3500).I am sure the reply from them would be that they cannot locate my details in the database.Well guys Irfan called me on my number and send me the location of your office in Grand millenium wahda ,3rd floor ,dubai meeting room where I met Vaibhav and Mary who desperately tried to convince me and my husband to buy into their scam.So please dont say that you can't locate me in your database.People are lot more aware now about these scams and UAE police is one of the best in the world and will surely deal with such people who leech out money from innocent people selling them illusionary dream vacation only to betray their trust.The funniest thing they say is that the vacation is valid for life.Comm'on guys ,like seriously you didn't even have money for bottled water and you guys are so confident you will last for a lifetime.LOL!!!

Negative experience: TajBe (Taj-Be) is a Tourist Company Offering Tourist packages for around 30k, for 10/15 Weeks, that can be availed in 10/15 Years Period. if You Say NO to that amount, they will offer almost same package in less value, and will gradually decrees the amount & package to have you buy it finally. Psychologically Well Planned, All these Dealings happen in a big Hall with many tables, plus Loud Music and 2 to 3 agents will try to convince you to buy the Deal at any Cost. Noting that the Offer is Valid for NOW ONLY, with No Thinking TIME & Mostly Non-Refundable. They Grab Customers often by calling the House Wives and offer some free Gifts, that are actually not free at all. The Hotel voucher we received was for 2 nights stay in any UAE Hotel by paying 600 AED to Tajbee in the Name of Admin Fee (the Actual Hotel rates are from 200 to 400). You all are advised to Stay Safe, Read & Understand the Contract Agreement Before Any Payments. The Response Below is a Lie, as they Called me 100 Times to remove this Review, But I Denied.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Experience. I travelled with lots of travel agency but Tajbe is simply superb. All the members of tour operator was excellent. Hospitality & behaviour was also great. I highly recommend Tajbe.

Taj-be is unrecognized /Less known Tourist Company Offering illusionary Tourist packages for around 35,000 AED to 5,000 AED (Non-Refundable). They Call (Wives Only) to Trap and Offer Free Gifts, the Gifted things are much cheaper than the Time You Waste there. All promises are marketing & to grab your Money, once you Paid - The Very unprofessional & Nearly no response for the Bookings, the Travel Dates you want will not get, the Hotels will be the cheapest & Farthermost, If You are trapped With Them, you have 7 Days, As there is a Mandatory Cool-Off Period (7 Days), where You can Notify (officially) Them for Refund, if They refuse, File a Case in Consumer Court & take legal action. Never Go for any settlement or any other promises, just get your hard earned money. They will give Money only after legal verdict, but will do so after wasting too much time & visits. in the market, there are many authentic tourist Co's & even airline offer better packages with timely payments.

If you say No to These, they will even bag you to buy ay offer from Them for even 500 AED. Mind it, all promises are just to grab your Money, once you Paid - The Very unprofessional & Nearly no response for the Bookings, the Travel Dates you want will not get, the Hotels will be the cheapest & Farthermost, Suggestion - If You are Stuck With Them - Mind it, there is a Mandatory Cool-Off Period (7 Days), where You can Notify Them for Refund (Notify Officially for Legal Use), if They Deny File a Case in Consumer Court. Many Peoples have Got the Money Back in this Way. In the End, its Better to Spend 15K on Time of Travel, than to Deposit 35K for Future Travel that you will never get.

Fantastic experience: It feels so good to be a member of TajBe, they give us an options to stay in the top most best hotels and also the one in which you opt to stay in! Recently we had been to Thailand, they considered our request for the trip on specific dates and got our Air Tickets of Etihad considering that we are flying from Abu Dhabi not from Dubai exactly on the same dates that we request for and we chose to stay in Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok and in the Best Beach Resort in Pattaya so he made our booking as per our choice which you will not get in most of the Travel agencies. Guys I suggest you to choose TajBe if you are a travel freak and make a best use of what you pay for and the saffs are very supportive and cooperative especially Mr. Pawan Wish to travel more with TajBe's, defenately we are going to plan soon for an other trip!!

Negative experience: Dissatisfied with Tajbe My family joined Tajbe on 28th March 2019 with great enthusiasm as promoted by their sales team as one of the best holiday company. But we are highly disappointed due to their un-professional and lethargic way of operation. During the time of joining Tajbe they had promised for one free all paid trip to Georgia. And accordingly I had filled out Tajbe Booking form and submitted on 10th April 2019 for tour date starting from 4th June 2019. After submission of the form to Tajbe there is no response!!!. The only response I get from Tajbe is they will check and get back, but they NEVER GET BACK. You have to repeatedly call them again and again to get any response. My holiday plan was ruined as Tajbe could not arrange for holidays as per my travel date, reason stated was high price. This is only due to the fact Tajbe commenced tour arrangement at the last minute. They had 55 days to arrange for the tour. Finally Tajbe wanted me to select any other travel date, which is not a professional approach, as my travel plan is based on my office work and children’s school holidays. Finally I had no other options than to abandon my holiday plan. Also as promised by Tajbe during joining time all the giveaways (free shopping voucher, health club charges, etc) are yet to be received. Membership no. TAJ-DXB 1380

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience going holiday from Tajbe, I went to western and central Europe with my family and they organized my trip very well , start from booking my flights and then providing one of the best hotels there. Fantastic experience: If you want a Travel Consultant who cares for your welfare and not only after the sales/money, then Tajbe is the perfect travel consultant for you. They offered a reasonable price. Transaction is very smooth with her. On the day that I have decided to exit the country, I sent all documents through WHATSAPP. They confirmed that the documents are complete then asked me to visit their office in Abudabhi in the evening. When I arrived in the office, I find very pleasant to deal with.
