Rayna Tours and Travels

Negative experience: Booking reference no RT-2903202416382233 booked on 28th Mar. We booked a desert Safari from Millenium Al barsha travel desk for 30th Mar 24 for 2 adult and 2 children aged 9 & 10 yrs for 1080 AED. This is a bomb compared to the co passengers who said they paid 150 AED per person, ours was 300 AED for adult and 250 AED for child and then they discounted 20 AED. Wrt to providing info and ticket booking hassle-free. We were told to be ready for pickup by 3.30. But driver leaves a message at 1.45 to be avl by 2.45. We were out and could accommodate only 3pm as we promised. Why can't they just use the Botim app. They don't call so just keep sending whatsapp recordings which is annoying. the driver made me move from front to back to the front lobby 2 times. It was difficult with my limping leg. He stopped at quad bike area saying its a 30 min break. Though all 6 had not booked its their way of pushing u to buy this service. So we wasted 30min waiting for co passenger. He drove us to the destination and left us at the designated area which was a good view of the show. But had no clue about when the show wld start or when the food wld be given. This was a pvt vehicle and not that of Rayna. Photography we have to wear the scraf on own, they will not even help if u do not want to pay for photography. They just walk out. Henna is a small palm size desing, Hookka if u want on table u pay extra.. Its a very commercial setup.. u do not get vibe of desert but its as shown in their video, which we did not check before we booked. The dunes are very short ones, 3 times the sand went up, rest of the time it was like driving on a normal bumpy road of bangalore. Felt money wasted. its an open buffet so people rush to get food. Breads are good but if ur a Veg u can be promised normal Indian veg food which is good. But for Non Veg food was bad. All was wasted as it was semi cooked meat. The driver kept bugging from 7.10 if we wanted to leave. We refused till the show was run. there is no Belly dance. Only the traditional Tanaura dance and fire dance performance. This was good. Later when we kept calling, driver said he is away and wld take 5 min. This man was in white regular dress with id card. Those who were in Rayna uniform where taking care of their guest well. The unfortunate part, we paid 300 per adult where as our co passenger paid 150 AED they said. Only seating was different. Then suddenly he put us on a diff vehicle and sent back. This driver drove us around the city and dropped us 20 min late as he did not take the usual route. A very boring and long journey. Fantastic experience: We went on a private safari today with Raja Umair and had so much fun! We got to do Dune Bashing which Raja Umair was an expert on and then got taken to a souvenir shop which had a wide selection. We were then taken to a camel ride where there was lots of photos taken by our tour guide! I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Positive experience: تجربتي كانت معهم ممتازة للحجز علي سفاري الصحراء ، كانت تجربة ممتازة مع الاخ محمد عاصف مسؤل الرحلة وقائد المركبة من كل النواحي( القيادة في تطعيس الرمل، المتابع، شرح وافي في مكان الوصول عن طبيعت العروض) شكر خاص له ما جعل الرحلة ممتازة القياد بسيارة الرمليه(بجي) مع المرافق كنان من افضل القيادة في الرمليه حيث يقود امامك بدرجه وانت سيارت البجي والتقاط الصور. هناك انشطة اخرى ركوب الجمل تصور مع الصقر….الخ بعد الساعه 7 يبدء العرض وبعدها بوفيه العشاء المفتوح هو ممتاز من حيث الماكولات والتنوع و الوفرة( لكن يحتاج الى تنظيم وقت التوزيع حيث تحتاج وقت طويل للحصول على الوجبه) بشكل عام تجربة ممتازة تستحق التكرار

Negative experience: Incompetent and careless.

Fantastic experience: We have had a good time with people staying here Life guard Adellu and Kennedy. Plus security guys Kizza, Ceaser, Samuel and Saeed and Faheem ur so helpful.

Negative experience: Its way better to plan, book tickets and your stay on your own. Rayna staff do not communicate clearly, they don't provide complete important information. Overall, not worth it.

Negative experience: They don’t respect people at all, And who’s replying in WhatsApp(Aman) ,he don’t care about work or customer .
