Fantastic experience: DSO office team is very helpful, always reply on time, personally prefer to contact face to face, while renting car. Prices are reasonable. Haven't applied for security deposit return so far, no comments on that yet.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Indigo Rent a car. Sharoon from the DSO branch was very professional and explained everything transparently. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The security deposit was also refunded promptly after 14 days as he had explained while renting the vehicle. The only minus was that they take the security deposit by debit card or cash, no provision of blocking it on credit card.

Negative experience: The service and the staff are very rude never see in like this before Sharoon the one who register me and keep me waiting for 7 hours while I was having reservation in advance at 10am he give the car at 5pm, I don’t know if I didn’t do reservation in advance how long will take to take the car Sharon rude very talented to ignore you while you are around and more then talented to piss you of over the text. You agree with something and you will get surprised by the message or email from him by something else over all the worst experience I ever had the worst treatment k never had and you can’t talk with any one of the team they all train to argue, will never rent again from indigo. For me I will never trust this place again when you have such a messy process and there’s no one even to complain to. Zero zero zero recommendations. Sharon zero service zero attitude zero help zero kind, 100% rude very talented to ignore you while you sitting front of him, intelligent to piss u off over text and if you try to give a call to discuss ignoring even to reply thanks god that I met this kind of people to avoid being like them. I work for hotels and I never put a bad comment even if I have bad experience but what happened with me in this place something different need to be mentioned. I choose one star to submit the comment but it doesn’t even worth one star is below that.

Negative experience: Very bad service,They cheating with clients, and they dont want pay diposit paynent back, They said they will return diposit paynent after 15 days, and almost 18 days passed, but not return my diposit paynent and now ignoring me, Dont trust this company, Giving damage cars and not mentioned in the car report and asking how this happen me, I took pictures of every side of car, so those pictures saved me

Negative experience: Bad services. I hired the car on rent for 3 days.. When I returned the vehicle, they asked me that they would refund the deposit after 13 days.. It was not told me earlier at the time of hiring the car about the late refund of the deposit.. The time taken is unreasonable because fines are reported in 1 or 2 days maximum..

I have been using rent a car from last 2 years I can say that others are just looting customers but Indigo is very budget friendly and customer oriented rent a car company. Also thier Team was very supportive throughout my journey specially Wahid-Ullah, he helped me with all my queries with patience and on-time support. Almost every month I am getting best deal price and the best thing is they have branches in Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi as well. Because I need to travel from one Emirates to Other Emirates some times.

Negative experience: One of the worst rent a car. I paid 1880 for a 2018 model kia peagus which was literally giving sounds like a lorry. If they give U62923 kia peagus car please don't take it. The staff are as rude as possible. I went and parked the car in sahara mall where their office is present, the staff bring the car near my office. Even if you extend one hour while handing over the car they would still charge for 1 day. Would never recommend this rent a car to any one.

Negative experience: Be careful when renting with Indigo! I rented with them for +1y. At the end: 1. they did not return my full deposit. They offered me a 3day loyalty voucher, which extended my rent by 3days, but after I returned the car, took the 3days out of the deposit! 2. I returned the car on 19th of the month, but they charged me Saliks until 30th of the month, whilst I did not have the car anymore. Not trustable.

Problem is when you return the car they try to make extra money to which I did not let them win. After that I am having to have 6 different whatsapp conversations and two email threads to try get my deposit back. At this point it seems like I will never see that deposit again.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment. Completely unorganized. They missed renewing the car registration and made me pay for it even though I chased them for 12 days to do it. Never again!

Negative experience: The rental car stopped on the highway several times because staff/ mechanics at Indigo did not service the car before renting it to me. Their own mechanic showed me the air filter which was almost in pieces and the oil change was overdue. I had to waste my own time while they fixed all these things because "they didn't have a replacement car" If you rent from this company - make sure to check these things! My life was at risk because of their carelessness.

Negative experience: This was my experience with DSO branch: I rented a car for one day only and after going to the branch and doing all the paper work and payment, they told me that I have to return the car to business bay branch only because the DSO branch will be closed the next day (day of returning the car). After useless arguments which proved only one thing that they do not care if they loose a customer and they do not care if he/ she is unhappy, they closed the argument by returning the money while we are still arguing. I called the help centre or what ever was the number and the person on the other side of the line was one way only. after repeating my self many times, he said he needs to check with his "management" and will return back to me. I told him I'll wait his call back in the branch itself. that was 2.5 hours ago and I'm still waiting his call back. So amateur, so unprofessional. My advice to customers: make sure you'll get all the details before you even go to collect the car. It was a total waste of time experience.

Negative experience: Not user friendly or customer friendly..there is no flexibility in dropping off the car or picking it up. App says you can drop off the car at a particular time but the store incharge says the app is filled with bugs. Office works from 9-6 and you have to drop the car in that timeframe. Disappointed with this service at silicon oasis.

Negative experience: Yesterday i went to rent a car from Alquoz branch, however, they refused due to an old payment of 90dhs which was balance since 2015!!!! I asked the guy there Siddiq, why no one contacted me since 2015 for this minimal amount…. . In any event, they refused to rent a car because some manager at Pakistan audit office said so… poor service, poor communication. I really do not recommend them. I have gone anyway and rented from famous ‘reliable’ brands in UAE. Yes, higher price but higher quality and credibility too.
