Fantastic experience: Lot of thanks to SATA for arranging a wonderful 7-day school trip to the USA and NASA. Mr. Ebad from SATA is very supportive & cooperative throughout, from arranging visa interviews to flight tickets, hotel bookings, transport and food all the way to the end of the trip. The itenerary was very well made and overall I've had a very positive experience and I would like to thank SATA for it.

Negative experience: Avoid using this agency for visit visas for your friends and family . Our experience was disappointing not only us when we visit there lots of people are waiting for same issue , revealing their focus on absconding fines. Once absconded, individuals are left with no choice but to comply with their demands, often exceeding 3500 dirhams. Our ordeal began on April 16th, when heavy rain impeded our visa change. Assured by the agent that there would be no absconding or additional fines, except for a daily immigration fee of 50 dirhams everyday. However, on April 19th, post-rain, we were shocked to discover we were absconded. Seeking guidance, we wasted four days being directed to various locations, including Sharjah and the airport, with no success. Communication with the agent was frustrating, as we were passed around daily. Finally, on April 24th, we were instructed to visit the Karama branch, where we reluctantly paid their demands, including an additional week's fine. Despite completing the process, they refused to provide a receipt, citing confidentiality.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a 4-night, 5-day tour for Al Maty - Kazakhstan organized by SATA and I can't recommend them enough. ( Javid) was incredibly helpful, arranging our hotels, flights, and excursions . Instead hotel & exursions was arranged even for my brother who travelled from India. Our itinerary was perfectly paced and included some of the most beautiful sights Kazakhstan has to offer. The accommodation 4 star Kazhol Hotel was comfortable and conveniently located making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable… breakfast spread could have been better thou. Our flight timings with Air Arabia was also well planned both ways. What truly set this trip apart,, was our amazing driver Rustom and tour guide John. They went above and beyond to make sure our family's experience was nothing short of fantastic. John even helped us trek up the Charyn Canyon with ease. His knowledge of the local culture and history enriched our excursions. We felt truly taken care of every step of the way, and thanks to SATA, our family has memories that will last a lifetime. Negative experience: My recent experience with a certain airline ticket booking agency was, unfortunately, the worst I've ever encountered in my travels. From the beginning, the booking process was fraught with complications. The agents was not friendly, making it extremely difficult to proceed on finding the flights. Customer service was a problem once I had a question, reaching out to their support team was a Herculean task. Calls went unanswered for hours, and when someone did pick up, the help offered was inadequate. Emails fared no better, with responses taking days to arrive and often not addressing the concerns I had raised. But perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the handling of a flight passengers info. The agency provided little to no assistance, leaving me stranded. Their lack of accountability and support during this stressful time was appalling. Overall, this agency's service was a litany of failures: a difficult booking process, non-responsive customer service, and poor handling of passengers info. I strongly advise against using this agency for your travel needs. The inconvenience and frustration are not worth it, and there are far better options available that value their customers and provide reliable, transparent service.

They don't reply you, they dont even check your status and you don't know about your visa status.. Worse experience with them they keep me 3 days in Sharjah airport. Negative experience: SATA inside Sjarjah Airport are professional staff .. but in this branch avoid visa services ... as they do not followup after visa submission. I submitted visa through them and they missed to attach mother passport for a child visa ... it was returned on 25 by immigration and only on 28 they resubmit document!!!.. after that, the request was pending for action in system and no one followed up the status from this branch ... at the end i went my self along with a staff from their sharjah airport branch and processed visa in few minutes
