Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with this company. I dealt with Kariman throughput. She never lost patience with me constantly changing dates, she helped me work put the best options for us to keep us within budget. Once we arrived for our Umrah trip, everything was so smooth alhamdulillah. Hotels perfect for us, for transfers they use a very professional company who messaged us to keep us updated of driver timings etc. Their had new clean cars, drivers were professional. We had absolutely no issues with them at all alhamdulillah, I would definitely book eith them and encourage others to do the same. Negative experience: no answer on the hotline, no replies either on the email, no possible way to contact them tried to make an upgrade on a ticket bought through them , had to pay extra charge for the airline aside from the upgrade price where the airline told me if I did it through them , i wouldnt have to pay the extra service fee but then again, there is no way to contact them
