Negative experience: I would give 0 start if I had an option to give this travel agent need to be checked after by DeD. This country is the safest and secure in the world but same time many people suffer because of by this kind of people and business center illegal way. So people need to awake and fight for he's right. Those travel agent are so so rude and forcing and pushing people by asking extra money and they take innocent people to be illegal in this country if u don't pay. Even their owner he's self asking you infficence questions to made u glulty which's not he's business just to get he's pocket money. So if u deal with this travel agent any kind of service then take by ur Owen risk at the end of the day u will hang. They're scammer and no prove even when u asked why they asked the amount u wanna pay. Please be aware and think before u lose ur money and time with this office agent's. I'm not done with this agent

Negative experience: So many times I called you but you guys are very rude nobody’s want to conversation with customers specially that Habeet don’t know he’s employee or owner doesn’t matter for us as a employee of nexigo travel he has to be polite or need to improve his communication Someone suggested me to ask this person they are doing visa status change etc when I called him he said I’m outside call this number he gave me their cullege number somehow mistakly missplace from my side than I called today he was talking me very roudly first he has to be a professional Thank you

Negative experience: Very bad experience Ive ever had with this travel agency, my grace period from cancelled visa expired last June 27th so I booked an appointment from them since 17th of June which I send all my documents to them to process my change visa due to holiday is coming. The holiday finished, Alhamdulillah I still didnt get to exit. Yesterday July 5th, I go Bahrain for change visa, when Im still in DXB Airport Immigration, my passport cant scanned, its error, so they called me to the office and they asked me to pay for 245AED which they told me that this payment is for immigration outpass due to that I had a fines, when they pay my fines online its not included there bcoz its from immigration. When Im calling back this agency to pay back to me the 245AED they are saying that its not for fines and so on. Hello! I dont need to pay this if you didnt let me to have these overstay. I will not recommend this travel agency you will had a very experience with them. Theres a lot agency that can assist you and very responsible with their customers.

However, once everything has been paid for and you have a problem, their advice is ineffective, and if you encounter a much bigger difficulty, they will wash their hands of the situation because it is no longer their concern.
