Negative experience: Very bad experience i came there for travel insurance and the lady said only one person can do for u from out staff and he is out he come back in 5 mins i was waiting for him more 15 mins he wasn't came back to office instead 0f dealing me ladies started their gossips

Negative experience: Beware of Mismanagement and Unethical Practices! I had a deeply disappointing experience with this travels. My relative obtained a tourist visa through them, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he ended up overstaying for a week. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist him in changing to a residence visa, and instead, they filed an absconding case against him. To resolve the matter, we were coerced into paying 3000 AED for abscond removal. However, this turned out to be a futile exercise as they kept delaying the process, claiming they had no knowledge of the payment. Our repeated attempts to resolve the situation were met with indifference and negligence from their end. Not only did they fail to provide the promised service, but they also refused to refund the money we paid for a service they never delivered. This kind of mismanagement and unethical behavior is highly unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering using this travels to exercise caution and consider alternative options. My relative's unfortunate experience has left us feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service, very bad customer service,staff lack of training how to deal with clients. I rebooked my ticket with Stephanie staff of deira travel and we closed the deal that I will pay 900 dhs. She told me she will send the invoice and ticket through WhatsApp. I’ve waited until next morning nothing was done. So I decided to go in there office in satwa .But when I come to collect my tickets she told me there will be additional payments .I feel cheated . The management should train the staff proper customer service.

Negative experience: Very bad service from this branch , i advice do not deal with them, customer service is very bad once I went there to renew my visit visa but one of malayali guy directly said there is no option for flight as well as bus but I requested him to arrange something but he directly said we can't, then I get visit visa from another travel agency he has arranged everything and and I got my visa so deira head office people you should check with this.
