Negative experience: تجربه سيئه مع الاسف حجزت قبل سنتين ونصف ولما جت ازمة كورونا كل شي تقفل وفيما بعد طالبت باسترداد عربون والى الان اطالب فيه سنتين ونصف مو معقول كمية الاهمال فيكم
استاذه روان لا يوجد أي عميل لم يتم استرداد مبالغ الحجوزات الملغاه المتعلقه بجائحة كورونا. ولم يتم التواصل معنا من قبلك في الفتره الماضيه ربما تم الحجز عن طريق شركة مختلفه. نأمل منك التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت بأرقام التواصل الرسميه للشركه. يومك سعيد
Negative experience: Anfangs recht freundlich, nach dem Bezahlen wurde nicht mehr geantwortet. Versprechungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Nie wieder !!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the agent. Arranged to come before 7pm. Got an email from booking.com to say that NO SHOW. Contacted him and he claimed to have been watching since 3pm and he waited till 5pm. Very rude and had attitude told me to come within 30 mins otherwise we will lose the booking. Doesn't make sense as I had paid in advance for 5 days so what difference does it make what time I check in. Don't use this company.

Fantastic experience: I have stayed in this place for a couple while and it was amazing! The people are friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend everyone to book in this place, you will be rewarded by the money you have spent, it's all worth it.

Negative experience: Nicht zum Weiterempfehlen! Ausgemacht war ein Late Check Out in Dubai bei einem Hotel! Jedoch nur Ausgemacht nichts eingehalten! Beim Kontaktieren dann nicht mehr erreichbar!

Negative experience: Never rent a property managed by these guys. They cancel you rent once they have a better offer on another platform 2 days before arrival !!
