Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. They never reply on WhatsApp and I had to keep running behind them for each Enquiries. They will say they will get back but it never happens. I think it’s high time they need to focus on replying on WhatsApp atleast

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff. They made me pay for the wrong cruise and confirmed it's booked when actually it was not. Til have not received from refund. Be cautious in transacting with them!
