Negative experience: If there is a zero rating i would give: I had 3 days Azerbaijan trip: very bad organizing driver and guide doesnt know the roads keep rounding in same place 3-4 times all their buses AC is very weak due to their selection for cheap agencies guide taking photos for us without taking any permission and post it on social media waiting in the airport 1.5 hrs without any guide or sign money loss and time pass!! Never recommend!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Go Kite Travel & Tours on a recent group trip to Azerbaijan. When our group arrived at the airport, there was no representative to meet us. He was still on his way and asked us to meet him outside instead of waiting for us at the arrival hall with a signboard. This caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. The driver assigned to us was inexperienced and frequently lost his way. He struggled to find the hotel and other touristic spots, which is unacceptable for a tour group service. This lack of familiarity significantly impacted our schedule. Our guide had zero-time management skills and could not collaborate effectively with the driver. It took us 5.5 hours to reach Gabala, a route that should only take 4 hours. Because of this delay, we saw very little of the region and returned to the hotel very late, missing out on planned activities. To top it off, the hotel was very cheap, with terrible room service and housekeeping. Considering the amount we paid for the tour, the accommodation choice was extremely disappointing. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience with Go Kite Travel & Tours Dubai and would not recommend them. They need to make significant improvements to meet even basic expectations.

Fantastic experience: Recently we took a tour package through Go kite to turkey with go kite and it was really a great experience. Karen who is a staff in go kite was very kind , helpful and dedicated who actually made sure our trip goes smooth and sound. Fantastic experience: Recently been to East African safari arranged by karen of Gokite travels. Places visited in Tanzania were Arusha/ Tarangire wildlife park/ Serengeti wildlife reserve/ Ngorongoro crater wildlife park/ lake manyara wildlife park and kilimanjaro mountain. Karen got me a good package with affordable price and the hotels were so nice and felt happy in staying for 7 days tour so comfortably. Negative experience: My experience with Arab Expedition Tourism/GoKite was extremely disappointing. During my visit, a large group of people, particularly individuals of Indian descent, caused a significant amount of inconvenience to other guests. It felt as though they had rented out the entire place and showed no consideration for others. The lack of respect and disregard for fellow visitors made the experience unpleasant and chaotic. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable outing.

Fantastic experience: I had reached out to Go Kite to process my Albania visa and they provided good service. One of their employees, Naziya was particularly very helpful and supportive.

Negative experience: Not the best experience! Poorly organised, delayed service to begin with, provided bus was constantly breaking down, didn’t take us to more than half the places listed on the itinerary! Absolute waste of time and money. This was a tour to Khorfakken and shark island and they didn’t even take us to the island! They just took us to another island for a 5 minute ride on the boat because there was a price hike on the tickets. On arguing for a while and then waiting for another hour in the scorching hot sun, we were taken on the earlier mentioned 5 minutes ride. Bus air conditioning was constantly being switched off because the bus had engine heating problem! Your team needs to do better! Extremely disappointed with your service.

Fantastic experience: Went to Georgia with them, it was amaaaaazing, the trip was well planned we covered most of the important attractions in the country even tho it was only a three nights trip, Abhilash shared all the trip details in advance so we had an idea about everything. Fantastic experience: They helped organize a trip to Serbia/Belgrade (April 2022). Great professional service from the company and especially from Sateesh, who was available to support us whenever needed (even during the trip for any issues we had). The tours and itinerary they organized were top notch as well. Except, one of the tour guides wasn't very knowledgeable and we missed a few major sights that day, but that was that specific guide's fault. The other two guides we had were exceptional.
