Negative experience: I work in a corporate world. I deal with travel agencies over the past decade or so and i have never encountered such a painful travel agency. Kanoo Travel is the worst travel agency ever. All of the travel consultants are VERY inefficient especially Shanen. They do not respond to your mail for days, that you have to chase them through mails and phone calls but she just ignore you and make so many excuses like "i tried to call but for some reason, I can't get through", when she responds, she will give you the wrong dates and the fare has already gone up because of their inefficiency. She even put me on hold for 15minutes and never get back to me. One time, I was chasing them about my mail, they transfer my call 4x and you can imagine how many times I have to tell the my whole concern, one consultant said "she is accommodating other customer and yours is not urgent", I asked for quotations for 3 travelers who will travel in 2 weeks time. All the customers should be treated fairly. What a bad experience and I can't wait for our company to disconnect with Kanoo Travel.
