Sure Travel UAE

Negative experience: I purchased my mom's visa from this travel agency in 2022. My question now is, for her renewal in 2024, if this company is no longer operating in the UAE, who can cancel my mom's visa? Who can I coordinate with regarding the process?

Negative experience: 1 year na direct hired na Hindi nyo nman na process paki balik ng pera ko I almost pay 94k sa agency na Ito pero wla nman na process.Sayang tiwala ng Tao sa inyo.Hindi lang po ako ang Naka pag payment dito 5 Kami until now di pa na refund ung pera namin.Di lng po namin alm kung may iba direct hired na nabiktima sila.Lumaban po kayo ng pastas kasi pinaghirapn namin ung pera binayad nmin sa inyo..

Fantastic experience: Some issues here might be an issue with a third-party supplier or a specific person in the company, as Sure Travel as a company typically doesn't process manpower. Unfortunately, It seems that Sure Travel has stopped operating in the UAE due to issues with an investor from South Africa. The owner has returned to Canada as well, and the team members have moved on to different companies. Despite this, the previous team is still assisting people with any outstanding issues. I'm sure it will be settled soon, as they settled mine.

Negative experience: Seems the company is closed. No number reachable. Please update numbers

Negative experience: I used tabby to pay for the service of Mr Bryan last Dec 2023.....nagpay ako Ng 1st and second payment but di q naman nagamit Kasi nga nascam aq ni Bryan at ginamit Ang link Ng sure travel....I've been reaching out to them n if pwede cancel nalng Yung payment Kasi Wala naman nga akong naavail n service....Anong petsa na po?I need to use my tabby pero di q magamit I've tried reaching out....sa site, ky miss jasmine,sa chatbot....kaya I'm here ranting hoping n Makita nila at mapansin...at magawan nila Ng paraan..... salamat

Negative experience: baka dito may mgawang mgreply ubos na ang pasencya q ni wla nnman ngrereply sa inyo about sa refund q..ilang months ako umaasa na mpapaalis nyo ngayun andito na q sa dubai pati pgrefund q ilang bwan na..isangvtain na q mula ng ngbayad s inyo..puro email lageng katapusan hang ngayu wla ngyayare ..puro pasencya!!!!!

Positive experience: Maganda ang service ng Sure travel well assisted sila at may solusyon sa bawat problema. I just issued my tourist visa and it was issued the very next day and I have used them in the past to renew my husbands visa too.
