Negative experience: very bad experience with al diyafa tourism llc ,,, Not responding and I don't think they're professional

Negative experience: Biggest cheater took our applications for dubai visa but heard that their company has issues with their licence and as a result our visa cannot be processed neither can be withdrawn. As a result we cannot do a new applications and all our tickets that we booked were non refundable. Never take service from this company

Negative experience: Hi Al Diyafa--- IF THIS TOURISM COMPANY REALLY EXIST IN 2023 - PLEASE SETTLE MY CASE, I REALLY SICK OF THIS . Please I want to put your attention on my case, since 3 months I am trying to contact your associate to settle my case on unnecessary absconding case on my visit visa. I provided all the required documents to them for verification after that they were asking me for 4500 DHS , without my fault, kindly escalate this message to your higher authority for solutions.

Negative experience: The worst service ever They never answer your call They put a land member on the visa but they never pick up the phone no matter how many time you call The have WhatsApp number and you call them many many time they never replay to you When you call the mobile phone they ask you to send visa copy on WhatsApp but they never open the msg and never answer you on what’s app West of time and money Very very unprofessional very low class business

Negative experience: I never saw in my whole life in dubai a unprofessional company like ur company and i never deal with any employee in dubai unprofessional more than ur employe calls “Faizan” he took my money and didn’t apply for the visa on time and my family stuck in Denmark because of him and lose 7 tickets. I advice all of u to never work with this company
