Negative experience: I speak for at least 90% of NYUAD’s student body when i say they are the most incompetent and horrendous travel agency out there. As my first act as a recently graduated alum, i would like to express my sincerest gratitude to nirvana for the abundance of ridiculous anecdotes I’ve enjoyed from many friends about overcharging, incorrect bookings, bookings with incorrect names (then saying “oh it’s fine” after attempts to correct them), not actually paying for accommodations (while leading clients to believe fees were paid), and much, much more. Thanks!

Negative experience: Nirvana is horrible. If you ask them to book anything for you, they will find the most expensive package. If you find something cheaper and send them the link to book it for you, they will refuse to do it. They are unable to answer questions, unwilling to help, and frankly horrible to deal with. Zero transparency, zero accountability — they will waste your time only to ruin your trip.

Negative experience: Amazing how they are playing with prices. Not professional at all. The office is giving completely different prices for (ride abu dhabi- dubai) from the ones we get by email.! It's almost double. I lost 2 days of my time relying on them, glad I didn't miss my conferences. Don't book them.

Negative experience: 1. incorrectly booked a flight for 2 passengers 2. when corrected, they rebooked it only for one passenger
