Negative experience: به هیچ عنوان بهشون اعتماد نکنید،خدمات صفر ،ادب صفر. تجربه ی خیلی بدی باهاشون داشتم. ترانسفرشون خیلی شما رو علاف میکنن تا جاییکه ممکن بود از پرواز جا بمونیم انقدر که دیر اومدن دنبالمون. یک ستاره هم زیاده براشون آقای امیرعباس بسیار بی ادب بودن و حتی دو کلمه هم نمیتونستن انگلیسی صحبت کنن فقط به فکر خالی کردن جیب شما هستن

Negative experience: تجربه بدی داشتم. علافی در فرودگاه مقصد برای بردن به هتل و همچنین علاف کردن در لابی برای رفتن به فرودگاه. دیر رسیدن به فرودگاه و ممکن بود از سفر جا بمونیم و بی ادبی و گستاخی بسیار مشاهده شد.

Negative experience: Worst tourism company in Dubai, specially Marjan is a terrible employee. When we arrived at Dubai airport, the transfer did not arrive and they told us this is because Sheykh Zayed road is crowded! Which was not true when we got a taxi and went to hotel. Marjan was supposed to buy us aquaventure waterpark ticket, she told us to remain i hotel for 10 minutes till she comes. After 30 minutes she told us that she wont come and told us to go to waterpark and will send us tickets on whatsapp. In the end she did not buy us tickets and just kept us waited for 1 hour. They did not provide a transfer for departure too. In the end, the hotel was good but princess tourism and marjan where the worst ones I had in my trips to different countries.

They didnot even notify about the absconding removal in the deadline time .My friend was stuck in an airport because again immigration had put absconding because of their failure to inform in time. They will do anythig to gulp up the deposit money and delay process so that they can eat your money in the name of fine.. Donot ever go to this travels.

They made me spend so much money on my brother's visa only to get black listed. Do not trust them they are ignorant and rude.

Negative experience: VERY POOR SERVICE. Princess Tourism whose office located in 10th floor of the same building where the DayToDay Deira is located, opposite to Deira City Center, never cares about their customers. My experience with them is very bad as me and my family of 4 were stuck in Oman border for 8 days due to the delay in getting the tourist visa. While applying for visas, the said time for releasing the visas were 3 to 4 hours or maximum 1 day. With that, we did visa run/ exit at Hatta Border and was stuck for 8 days. Every time when we contact the Princess Tourism representatives, their response was that everything is fine and the visa will be released on that day evening. This continued for days. On the 8th day, I approached the officers in the border and explained the situation and they helped me to get the visa in a matter of 10 minutes. This would have done by the Tourism company PRO in the first or second day of application but they did not. Every time when asked to send PRO to the authority, they said they had done it but nothing is happening. I met the Princess tourism representative Mr. Siraj in their office after our return to UAE, and when I asked him clarification on the delay, he blamed authority. He even said, the delays are common and that's from authority, not THEIRS. Also he mentioned that the days are common for them and few of their Sharjah visas are pending for more than 20 days. For him these delays might be common and simple but for me its not as I had to spent much more money than budgeted. My question to them is that if I could manage to convince the officers and resolve the issue, why can't the Princess Tourism PRO or representative? It leaves a big question on their capabilities in tourist visa management and customer handling. Mr. Siraj's response to me was that I can report to police for delaying the visas. Authorities are working properly with defined time frames for each kind of cases. This means, whatever the Princess Tourism is claiming as their service quality is not theirs, it's the authority's. Due to this delay, I had to spent a good fortune in staying at the border and when I asked Princess tourism who will take the ownership of this delay, they don't even bother to apologize. So, my sincere message to all who are looking for tourist visa and visa run, go to some other company who deals their customers properly and assists and also check with them properly on their turn around times and ownership.

Negative experience: We recently had a trip to Dubai. The driver who was assigned to transfer us from airport was a guy named Noor. His behavior was not very good. On the day when we were coming back, he came to our hotel (City Season Hotel) and said hurry up. When he started driving he was very nagging about the company and why he was sent to pick us up. His driving was terrible and careless. He was blowing his horn all the time. His driving was very bad and gave us a very bad memory on our last day.

Negative experience: Update, I was told to provide them a specific banks account number which i did, but still my money is not refunded and the Representative Mr Yasir is so rude to me , also there Management don’t care. I met so many people and all of them have same experience with this agency so please avoid at all cost. I wish there is Lower then 1 star because these people even don’t Deserve a star. I applied for a visit visa for my cousin with them and i was charged for 3 months visit visa . Later i was told that 3 months visa is not possible anymore and i can apply for 2 month visit visa plus the balance will be refunded to me. I agreed with 2 months visa which they charged way more then the other agencies as my money was already with them . After so many follow ups i was told that the visa is rejected and i have lost the money which i paid for visa . I agreed with that and requested them to send me my balance payment. Till date I’m requesting them to refund my balance payment but nothing is happening. I was a regular customer for them but once i checked the prices outside i came to know that princess tourism is charging way more then the market . And if you have some refund then best of luck with that. Mr Yasir Is the person who is not even trustworthy of a 100 aed .

From the very first call, she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Once I agreed to use their services, gheena send me an invoice. I made a deposit into their account and my renewal process started immediately.I would definately recommend princess for all travel and tour services.
