Upon contacting Al Mosafaer, the travel company I had booked with, I was shocked to hear that they had no records of any flight cancellations. In an attempt to clarify the situation, I even had the customer service agent from Al Mosafaer listen to my call with the airline representative, yet they remained unconvinced. This ordeal has not only caused me immense stress and emotional strain but has also resulted in financial implications as I am now forced to seek alternative, more expensive travel arrangements. Negative experience: Always trying to see positive side of businesses but this one is really annoying with an extra slow ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️costumer care(up to 5-6 hours answering a whatsapp message) and very irresponsible about their clients. Believe me or not it took around 11 days to do a request for me and each time i contacted them , they said we are working on that and let you know shortly . I had to chase them on the phone ALL NIGHT and their call center is really useless. They promised me something was being done but nothing really was being done. I contacted the airline and they informed me that a refund was issued for my ticket but Al MOSAFER never offered this, so no rescheduling, and no refund, just told to go hang. Fristly, I was booking business class from this site but they are charges is is super high normally i can understand the agency fee but this site will give you the service fee almost 800 AED per ticket. Secondly, i booked one economy class ticket based on their offer mentioned few days back and i eared worth of 600 +++ wallet points and they given expiry date this month 26th July. I was trying to book hotel today when i saw my wallet points it shows zero. Negative experience: A friend of mine booked india to uae flight. The flight got cancelled and for refund he waited for 2 months. Today they said the airline refunded 57 Dirhams out of AED 1150/- and still tajawal deducting 40 dirhams from 57 dirhams and refunding 17 dirhams only. Totally pathetic.
Fantastic experience: Honestly, one of the best travel agency to book with. I got into a messy situation with Covid positive so I had to cancel my flight (including my wife), Tajawals dedicated team was with me since day 1, providing reference and direct whatsapp connectivity. When I got negative they booked two seperate tickets for me & my wife to our destination with different timing at no additional cost! The call agent was with me for more than 2 hours to re-schedule and do the booking. Absolutely recommend, their services are unconditional. Kudos to Tajawal and team, I will continue with you ! Note - You have to be clear and articulate about your issues, they might ask you to contact your Airlines and follow their steps after which they will be able to guide you further! Negative experience: Do not rely on them. I used their app to book a hotel two weeks in advance of my stay. I got an email from them saying that my booking is CONFIRMED. It turns out that when "Confirmed" has a different meaning in Tajawal's dictionary. On the day of my stay, I called to see if I could check-in early and they didn't have my booking reference on their system at all. So I called Tajawal and they said they need to check with the supplier. I kept calling every hour for an update because they never ONCE called me back despite promising they would. When I became irate, one of the customer support agents asked me to "Chill"! Chill? When you've delayed my stay for 2 hours and never called me for a single update, you want me to chill? How about you folks at Tajawal do your job? You had two weeks to do it! As I said, it's been 2 hours and as before, I'm going to be the one who calls them and I'm going to be the one who has to explain the situation to yet another customer support agent. The only thing you can rely on Tajawal to do is to mess up your reservation. If a staff member from Tajawal is reading this; here's something you can do while NOT helping your customers: look up what confirmed and reversation means.

Negative experience: Worst experience. i just got into trap of paying 600AED more as their agent told me the charges are from the Airlines directly. when asked to share the details of the payment i made, the reply was they cant share the details of the penalties from their system. WOW ! so how do i believe that the payment which i made was actually the penalty charges or something else ! was in a tight situation so doesnt matter to me now but just sharing my experience so that no one else falls into such trap. Customer support is giving robotic reply that they don't get refund from Airlines. We checked with Airlines directly and we were told that they don't get any refund request from this company. Airlines asks us to contact Al Tajawal to send a email to Airlines. But they keep telling they already send refund request to Airlines. When I asked for supporting document to cross check with airlines, they refuse to provide anything. If I ask more questions, they keep me on hold long time and say we resend the request and wait for two weeks for response. Also, the ticket has been issued from a Travel Agency that Airlines shared with US. We are trying to contact that company. No one answers. Don't know that company exists. Negative experience: "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS ON THIS WEBSITE". I was having issues about my visa delay and called the customer service to ask if i can open my ticket they advised me to call 48hrs.before my flight to avoid any payments. So as i follow the instructions i called them back 48hrs.before my flight as my visa is not sure when it will be approved. Today i got my visa and called to rebooked my ticket, surprisingly they ask me to pay 3000aed for the fine of no show etc. as per the airline rules even i called them to open my ticket, as i want to avoid any arguments i ask them to keep my ticket only for one way which from Tunis to Dubai and they told me its not permitted. I can't use my ticket till i cancel and pay for the fine. I'm so upset with this company how they are trying cheat their customers. Even we have very clear conversations that i will open my ticket and they mentioned that i don't need to pay anything such as fine etc. I never ever recommend to book in this Tajawal very bad service, and a big cheater. Negative experience: The customer service team has to be more professional in terms of following up the issues raised by the customer.i have been trying to refund the amount due to change date since 1 week and called cc for 5 times.each time I need to explain the issue from the start by the time they understand it will be over avg 20 min( including the waiting time).no follow up logs I guess they have with them.same person hears your story again and again..4th time when I called and explained cc personal needs me to get an email from the airline regarding the refund which obviously is his job..and finally 5th time they agreed to refund after deducting their fees which at this moment of virus concerns and many airlines waiving off their fees I think is unfare ..refund days is 3 plus 20 working days To be fair, just book if you need discounts for your flight and you are 100 percent sure you will travel..getting a refund or making the cc understand your a nighissues istmare which is not even worth compared to the discounts they offer.

Negative experience: It was one of the worst experience i made a mistake of pressing book button while i was applying voucher. 1. No secure payment code from website went to bank so within a second amount was deducted (imagine amount was over 20K aed) 2. Within 5 minutes I called them still 1st customer service mentioned you will 1600 aed and second customer service mentioned 600 if you cancel and there is no option to add voucher. Inshort even with high price i had no option to continue and will never use tajawal in my life.
Negative experience: First and Last time to use such an unprofessional airfare booking platform. Its cheap for a reason. Imagine this, we booked a flight with them yesterday for today at 16:15, came to the airport at 13:30 to find out that they had issues with the airline and the actual flight is at 23:15. We have been in the airport for over 7 hours waiting. We will miss the wedding we had promised to attend and celebrations. Tajawal do not know how to operate professionally. Obviously no communication skills whatsoever, no proactive skills at all, it took them three hours to get back to us to know whether we can be accommodated onto another flight. I spoke to two representatives Khalifa and Aya who made false promises. I will never deal with this platform again. Very disappointed in this and will report this to Consumer Rights.

Negative experience: Pathetic customer service. Flight for 26th was cancelled two weeks ago. Tajawal has no clue about the refunds, and 26th is tomorrow. Very rude customer service agents, no call backs, email updates or follow ups. They tell you to call the airlines directly, while airlines cannot do much as you booked through them (an agent). Negative experience: Such a worst experience I Have not seen ever before i booked air ticket through them but I am trapped I cannot modify or cancel there should be solution for everything this is not customer service its only fraud
Negative experience: Worst experience, paid for 30 KG baggage but it was not reflected within airline system so at check-in counter they asked me to pay for 30 KG :(:( i.e. 780 AED. When I called Tajawal they told me to please pay entire amount and we will refund later "WHAT THE HELL" just image if you don't have enough cash what will happen next Refund might take a week to 40 days.........Plz` plzzz always call them and confirm that if they have updated Airline System not just Tajawal ticket
Negative experience: They are the worst service providers in uae. We reverently had an issue with the baggage and they were not responsible to take the actions I will not recommend this to anyone. If there is a minus I will give them that star.
Fantastic experience: Booked a flight ticket from tajawal, had great hotel options avaailable too and the best part, all of this was so budget friendly and so many offers to choose from. Really happy!!
Negative experience: If there is minus 0 I will apply that. I spoke to there customer representative Mike & Omar. I don’t know what type of service they provide . They don’t have any solution . I was complaining about there service which may possible for technical reason but instead of resolving problem they consumed my time as well mentally tortured. It was my first experience with this service and 100% it will last. In UAE such type of companies running.
Negative experience: I was here to book a flight for my in laws- after a long process of booking finally reached the payment page which gave me thrice a 400 error after repeatedly entering the right OTP from different cards. Reached out to the chat executive (Pooja as the name said) no response for 10 minutes. Tried again to see the seats i was booking are already gone. That luckily led me to the review section which proves me or any one in my network should never be coming to book here
