Positive experience: Very good custmer service

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing tour operator especially the drivet... On 14th July, I was to be picked up from Canvas Hotel.... The journey started with a rude call from driver by the name of Sajid... Extremely ill mannered. Came early and called me that if I don't reach the car in 5 mins he will leave.... This followed up with another call from their office to push me to reach the car.... Extremely poor coordination in company.... And despite that being rude with me.... During the journey we asked the driver to switch off stereo as both me and my wife had terrible headache... Same wasnt respected... Even the camp was not good enough. I had been to desert safari before too and had a better experience than this tour operator.... Pls avoid and look for some better ones...

Negative experience: Had very bad experience with them specially with their sales agent name Pratik. First they took my hotel booking I paid them 100% in advance and then I have to chase them continuously for 3 days until I got fed up of their excuses and told them to cancel my booking and refund my money. Only then they started to act and gave me booking confirmation same day. There after I told this guy called pratik to do my Dhow Cruise Marina booking. He confirmed me that booking is done. On the day when we have to go for Dhow Cruise afternoon I asked him to send me location and contact person details this guy replied me saying that he didn’t do my booking and very sorry for that. I was like what? R u crazy. We are coming from another country for short vacation, making all our plans and this guy just ruined it. And escaped just by saying he is sorry. What the hell. Pls pls pls don’t do bookings with them. Or else u will be stranded same like us.
