Negative experience: Don’t do your visa with them. Horrible

Negative experience: Very poor service from the customer service team. I have been trying to get quotations from the team for 4 days but they just fail to provide timely updates or even respond to messages. We have to keep messaging numerous times. If this is their service prior to buying a tour package, I just wonder how it would be after we purchase the tours. It literally feels we are wasting our time by even asking them to prepare a tour itinerary for us and it would be better to either do it ourselves or go for some other responsible travel agencies who take their customers seriously

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the journey with my wife and my little boy to Abu Dhabi , it was enjoyable and unique trip , driver was cool also the Guy with Microphone was very nice he showed us everything from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

Negative experience: I called them and in the name of transferring the call to concerned person, they kept the call on hold for more than 10 minutes. I again dialed for 3 times and they rejected my calls.

Negative experience: Abu dhabi tour with rayna tourism was waste of money and time. Guide didn’t show us anything other than he get commission from. He took us to Ferrari world and mosque......and give us an hour for mosque out of this 40 minutes is the walking distance and in 20 minutes u cannot see anything of this biggest mosque. Defiantly no no for rayna tour.

Negative experience: Hello I have had a bad experience with rayna tours which i want to share We requested for a 13 member desert safari from RAF tours which consisted of elder members, adults and kids and were asked to assemble at the meeting point at al ain road. Two drivers Mr Asad and Mr Ijaz ahmed kept us waiting for 30 minutes. We were promised 25 minutes dune bashing but after 5 mins of driving they stopped and asked if we wanted pictures taken. We agreed and after a 20 min stop, we were taken straight back to camp. On asking abt the rest 20 mins of dune bashing, the driver coldly said that taking pictures is included within that time period. Disappointing. At the end of the event around 7 30 pm, the drivers harshly told us to get back into the cars for drop off or else "we will have to find our own way back. " I dont know if the management is aware of these things.. Please choose your drivers carefully.. Or at least teach them basic manners and courtesy.. They are more like bullies with a driving license.. Visitors are coming to spend their hard earned money to have a good time with their family, and not to get pushed around, taken advantage of or to get shouted at. Ruined a good evening due to horrible experience of their drivers attitude. Will not recommend to others.
