Fantastic experience: By seeing the reviews we were also afraid/scared whether we will go for the trip or not but as per my complimentary package including flights, hotels, airport transfers and site seeing all was arranged excellent during our turkey trip with my family. The office bearers Mr Irshad and Mr. Srikanth cooperated well.They were in touch with us till we reached back to UAE.

Negative experience: ***Legal Advice*** Now a days there are many discount card service companies are grown like mushroom in UAE. Friends used to discuss such things. To raise complaints related to tour package fraud or bad service by company, visit Department of Economics(DED) in Dubai / Abu Dhabi where you bought tour package. In Abu Dhabi, you can visit TAMM service online and Dubai also have eservice. Make complaint if service not delivered as committed. Discount card Company may issue cheque after verification and follow up by DED. Sometimes Discount card company may delay issuing cheque or they may tell reason that cheque not signed so visit discount card company only after confirmation from DED so that you can visit on specified dated to collect signed cheque. Discount card Company may give post dated cheques and it may bounce back due to insufficient balance on date mentioned in the cheque. Do not talk to company because they may delay further so make complaint at police station near to the office where cheque was issued. Take police complaint report to bank where cheque was deposited and get bank statement and details of person who issued cheque (it may take 3 days). Take colour copy of Emirates ID, cheque copy, bank statement, original cheque and visit same police station to register a case against person who issued cheque. Through court you will definitely get the money back. All please understand there is difference between discount card service and tourism services.UAE commercial license are different for both so discount card service companies can't sell tour packages, only with tourism license can sell tour packages. For example : Reliance hub have both tourism and discount card service license in Dubai but in Abu Dhabi hope they do activities only with discount cards commercial license. Discount card service companies can issue only discount cards like hotel stay. For arranging tour or selling tour package ,tourism license is required. Check this before complaining at DED. Note: Don't fall prey to discount and tourism services company where most probable chance of cheating and already there are many complaints registered in DED and police regarding the same. Discount card companies mostly target Indians, Pakistani, Srilankan etc and they do not get closer to Locals. Their ideology is to kindle desire and get debited atleast AED 1000 from customers. Taking legal action via. Lawyer may cost AED 5000- 8000 so just follow above steps. Loan defaulters, cheque bounce case and others who fled UAE: UAE civil court verdicts can be executed in India. India had published it in gazatte notification so if you file criminal case for cheque bounce also file civil case in UAE.

Negative experience: They had conducted a seminar on Radisson Blue Hotel alain on Dec 2019. Several Customers were came there. Some of them are joined their program,They promised several discount/ offers about packages . Unfortunately after that no one picking the telephone . They given several contact numbers. All most numbers are now switched off. Now i heared theses cheated customers will go to Police station against them to return back their money. They will come again to canvas you. be think first , don,t be cheated ....

Negative experience: Can i give a 0 star?! Biggest regret and disappointment in my life was to buy a package in this unprofessional company. UAE should make something for this company to bring back our money. THEY SHOULD NOT LET THIS COMPANY RUIN MORE PEOPLES LIFE. PUT THEM IN PRISON

Negative experience: Got a gift voucher from then for 7 nights. But the hotel options they give within India are substandard. Had to use the voucher as the validity was going to expire...so got 2 nights booked in Cochin. Even though we used 2 instead of 7 they were not willing to give us a better hotel or room. Most of their options are OYOs and to our dismay are cheap ones. And the one chosen had a local bar right next to it. Their gift vouchers are basically useless and consider the fact they are selling these to NRIs

Fantastic experience: The most outstanding tour we have ever taken in our life. Right from arriving in Phuket we still have everything in our memory fresh. We have this experience shared with our friends & they are all excited as well. We have to experience more places in future and will be waiting. Travel plans so value for money is an important remark to be made. We will be thankful to u all.

Hope UAE police would take action on them there are 100's of victims and more... Still they are continuing and stealing money with false promises till date. Negative experience: Very bad ... once they will receive money . They will not attained calls ... Initially they call us saying we won gold coin and free travel voucher, they call us in Crystal hotel ; they took our 3 hrs , nonsense explanation , nothing is truth , one time one guy is manager and later same guy will come and approach other customer as service man ... They hv taken 3000 from our card ... now when they have sent a email about confirmation in that email no offers mentioned what tgey were explained. Now we are Asking to refund our money ... no one is answering the call ; Very bad service . Its scam . Fraud.

Positive experience: I have visited maldives and stayed at banana reef for honeymoon. They provided best services and specially thanks for providing sight scenes. They provided breakfast and dinner . I will recommend onething to them should add lunch also in the package. Thanks to reliance hub for making my honeymoon at my dream destination.

Negative experience: very Bad Service, no response calls and E-mails reply, ones they got money from you after nothing, more then a month I'm following up they never reply or answer the call, staff make drama, the they are sick, not feeling well ect.... They just simply taken my money and now they are not response my calls and E-mails. They have very bad reviews in complain boards and now they proved them self as fraud company. Guys beware from this fake company they're really unprofessional at the work, but i will not leave like this i will go to UAE LAW....

Negative experience: Poor service ever. I'm following up them last 2 weeks straight. But i didn't get any response from them regarding to cancel my offer which i don't want to use.
