Negative experience: Dear UAE Exchange Dubai Mall, Food Hall branch: I have patiently waited for my turn to be assisted. When it was finally my turn, I had given my details to your staff for the remittance process. He found it in my records, printed it, and then advised me to use the machine to complete the process. Another staff tried to help me out at the start of the transaction too. I had informed them both that I don't know how to use the machine and so I needed assistance. At the same time, I was honestly hesitant to use the machine as it keeps on hanging and starting all over again each time it was requested to process my transaction. Then your staff left me without any assistance, and so without even completing the successful transaction. I looked back at them to help me out, but he didn't further aid me. I understand that they are promoting the self-help option. But I find it ironic to ask my details with a teller then refer me to a machine later on when he could have finished the task in a few seconds. Thus, your systemized process is flawed and requires process reengineering. Then secondly, why would you leave out a customer who's remittance transaction was not complete? What kind of customer service is that?

Negative experience: There is no punctuality, today I'm waiting more than 30 min from 8am in burj Khalifa metro station branch. Still it's not opened. But timing mentioned as 8 am to 11.00 pm.
